Alex was super helpful and friendly, he gave us great local advice on where to go. I had a great stay at Premier Inn [location]! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, just what I needed after a long day. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I also appreciated how quiet the hotel was at night, ensuring a good night’s sleep. The location was ideal—close to everything I needed. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

There was a lovely lady at reception (1st april 2025 - 12:30noon). The system was currently down but she coped very well and calmly noted down all that was needed. She managed to find me a room very promptly so all was well. Room is lovely and clean.

Friendly helpful staff, clean spacious room, quiet (and that’s being close to some roadworks). The bayliss and Harding shower gel was lovely scent, towels really soft. Close to the centre of Nottingham. Couldn’t fault it, would use here again

Bed was so uncomfortable. Bathroom had no towels, Bed wasn’t made properly. Poor. The bedroom was so so cold. We had holes in the curtains. Breakfast was nice tho - i think that was the only nice thing about going over the weekend. Wouldn’t recommend at all

Early check in not ready until 1:30pm but they were happy to take the money. On arrival just told to go sit down and they’d come talk to us in a “couple of minutes”. After half an hour sitting there we decided to move round to the bar for a drink as it was obvious they wasn’t getting anything sorted. No apology, no offer to return the early check in fee. We weren’t the only ones told to sit and wait who had paid for early check in, if you can’t provide a service don’t offer it. When finally to the room there was mould around the shower screen, good luck showering if you’re over 5ft10 as the shower isn’t very high. Only good thing was the bed was fairly comfy. Worst premier inn I’ve ever been to.

I found dirty laundry under my bed. There was no one on the desk at check out to raise the issue with. The bar and restaurant was fine, helpful staff and good food. The location is good for access to the City center but parking at the nearby NCP adds £20 to your stay.

Great, central location. About 6 minute walk from train station. Shops and places to eat very nearby. Comfy beds. Easy to pick up extra towels and an iron in the reception area. Friendly staff and good availability. Air conditioning in rooms.
