Maria's exceptional customer service skills stood out throughout my entire stay. Her attention to detail and genuine desire to ensure my comfort and satisfaction were truly commendable. Excellent services

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel was clean and the team were super helpful and polite. Sadly due to the nature of the stay we were unable to use the leisure facilities but these were fully open for us to make use of. Breakfast was buffet style, with a chef available cooking fresh eggs. The team also made us vegetarian sausages to meet our dietary requirements. The breakfast tasted great and the food was of good quality

On arrival i mentioned that it was my wifes birthday and the guy on reception upgraded our room. We also received a birthday desert platter following our meal which was a nice touch! Overall enjoyed our stay and very happy with the service
