Ulasan Pullman Almar Timi Ama Resort & Spa

Für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel hätten wir mehr erwartet. Der Boden um die Poolbar herum sah durch alte Flecken der Datteln aus den Palmen immer dreckig aus. Für den gezahlten Preis hätte ich zumindest die Softgetränke im Zimmer kostenlos erwartet, statt satte 6 Euro dafür zu verlangen. Überhaut sind die Preise viel zu hoch. Ein Cocktail, der im Martiniglas serviert wurde, kostete 18 Euro! Abendessenbuffet pro Person 65 Euro OHNE Getränke, viel zu viel, da könnten wenigstens Softgetränke und vielleicht ein Tischwein inkludiert sein. Frühstück war jeden Morgen das selbe Angebot. Hier kennen wir es auch aus 4-Sterne-Hotels, dass es auch z.B. 1 Glas Prosecco zur Selbstbedienung gibt - hier leider nicht. Das Abendprogramm (Musik) war immer zu laut für den kleinen Bereich und die Anzahl der anwesenden Gäste. Im Zimmer haben uns Haken zum auslüften getragener Kleidung gefehlt, auch auf dem Balkon wäre eine Schnur oder ein Wäscheständer für die nasse Badekleidung schön gewesen. Sogar in unserem jetzigen 4-Sterne-Hotel gibt es einen kleinen Wäscheständer auf dem Balkon! Wir werden leider nicht noch einmal kommen.

We had yet another fantastic stay at beautiful Timi Ama resort! What sets this place apart, in addition to the beautiful beach and gardens, is the quality of its people. Our son was captivated by Micaela and the rest of the children’s club team who patiently invited him to play every at the beach and other games through the resort. Adults also benefit from great activities and shows - Greta, Sara and the rest of the team made us move (and suffer ;)) everyday! Shows were also a fantastic and family friendly way of ending up the day - such talented dancers. Finally, we were always spoiled by Zhou and team, from breakfast to dinner. Only housekeeping felt sometimes a bit rushed, but nothing preventing us from planning our stay next year! Hoping management changes don’t impact any of this ;)

We already go on a summer vacation in Pullman Almar Timi Ama for years and I have shared several times how wonderful this resort is. However, I will not miss another review this time because they managed to surprise us again. In the first place I would like to emphasize that maintaining such a high standard it’s not an easy task but this hotel definitely does it successfully. We go with certain expectations about service, food, entertainment, facilities etc. and we have never been disappointed. Moreover, year after year there are some improvements like for example this year the evening shows were more, very professional and very different so we could not get bored although we spent there 2 weeks. Also the rooms were renovated with a very pleasant interior. I will not mention again all the reasons that make us name Timi Ama our second home, but I would like to say big thank you to the team because these people are really outstanding. Zou makes a fantastic example how restaurants should be managed but he is also the soul of this place as he is always there for us and knows how to make us feel special. Also Giulio who is around to treat us as an old friend no matter if at I Ginepri or at La Veranda. All the staff in the restaurants is great, I’m afraid I’ll miss someone but I must especially thank to Francesco, Umberto, Andrea, Nicolas, Natalia and Rita who took such a lovely care for us. Our nights at the pool bar wouldn’t be so unforgettable if it wasn’t Nikolai with his wonderful cocktails and such a pleasant company, many, many thanks. Last but not least I would like to mention Marjolaine is always manages with great attention our reservations and reception. The overall atmosphere of Timi Ama is something we can’t find anywhere else, so we can’t stop recommending it. We miss you. See you next year.

We stayed as a family with one toddler for 5 days. The service was impeccable. The rooms were very well equipped, clean and serviced twice a day. The buffet style food was great. The beach is about a 10 minute walk but a shuttle goes in a loop all day. The staff were super friendly. Every one would greet you and many would stop to chat. Absolutely recommend this place.

During the six days we spent at the hotel, there was not even a moment of discomfort! My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. There is everything you need. Even coffee!. All the facilities at the hotel are great. I must say that the pool is quite deep, not very convenient with little kids so we spent most of the time at the beach with the kids. The food is was excellent every day, everything we tried was very fresh and delicious. The highlight of this hotel is its staff. All the people we were in contact with were very friendly, smiling, collaborative and very dedicated to service. This hotel works very well, thanks to its workers. I hope the hotel knows it ;). Apart from everything I have to highlight each of the people who served us! They have a spectacular team of entertainers, every day they have a different act! It was a pleasure to train and dance with Sara and Ginger, what energy these girls had! The children's entertainers were very amazing with my children, I really appreciate that!! Finally, our waiter Fernando who served us every day with great agility, good energy and with a lot of enthusiasm. In general everyone provided us with excellent service. This was my first time on the island and I loved it!! It was wonderful to visit this hotel. GRAZIE :)

We stayed here a few weeks ago for five nights and had the most amazing stay! It was beyond what we expected. When we checked in, we got a free upgrade to one of the newly refurbished rooms and the room was lovely and modern. The bed was also super comfortable and big. The hotel itself is clean and modern and the staff are all so friendly and helpful. We were half board and the buffet breakfast and dinner were the best buffets I've ever had. There was so much choice and it was all so different, not the usual restaurant buffet food. Location wise, there isn't masses to do directly around the hotel, but if you're after a relaxing break it is definitely the place for you. The hotel is about a five minute walk from a beautiful beach, where you have an area just for hotel guests with plenty of sunbeds. It is equally as nice just sitting and relaxing by the pool, where again there is plenty of comfortable sun beds. I'm so glad we stayed at this hotel, it was perfect.

The best thing about the hotel is its location, being very close to one of the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia. The hotel is family-friendly, so it is ideal for going with your children. The kids club is very good and entertaining, and the teen club is even better, since it is more difficult to keep 14, 15 or 16-year-olds busy. Lucca, a coordinator, did a very good job and my 14-year-old son was busy the whole time and had a lot of fun. The biggest problem is the lack of variety in food, since they only have Italian food.

Not a terrible hotel. But no where nearly a 5 star. An average to good 4 star in reality. Buffet dinners with children running around limits the prospects for a decent dining experience. Nice staff but they don’t proactively tend to detail. I had an injured shoulder at time of visit so this was perhaps more apparent But no help with parking or personal accompaniment to room. At the (buffet) dinner I had to ask for my wine to be cooled and opened. Simply far off a 5 star. My 3 night stay ( in a nice suite)was EUR 5000 approx. As I write this the whole dining area is dominated by bawling children. And I couldn’t hear my check in instructions yesterday for the same reason. The ‘private’ beach is a mile away

I enjoyed the holidays VERY MUCH. It was great, the food, the hotel and the sea AND all the staff was friendly and helpful, exspecially I liked the servive of ANASTASIA There were always enough deck chairs at the pool and beach and I loved to get a lift to the beach with a shuttle.

The service was amazing, and most of the workers no matter what is happening ALWAYS has a smile on their face. One person that I was personally very impressed by was Dalila. She no matter what always had a smile on her face, she did practically everything for the guest, she gave swimming lessons, she worked as a life guard, she worked in the babbo club (she was extremely nice to every child that was in that group), and in some days she would stay at the beach giving the towels to the guests. And she managed to do all of this as an 18 year old. Also another person that really stood out to me was Maria that works with the teen club. She is responsible and she was every kind to every person that wanted to join the club and the people who were already in it. Whenever someone has any kind of problem she does her best to help them. Everybody who was and is in the group loves her. But overall everyone that worked there this year was very dedicated to their jobs.

It was my first time here but I had an amazing time. I had a lot of fun with Maria and Luca from teen club, who planned many activities for us. It was a good opportunity to make friends and try new things. I can‘t wait to come back to this amazing place and see you all again!

I had an amazing time at timi ama thanks to the amazing entertainment staff especially Maria, Filippo, Luca, Mauro, Tommaso who had always new activities for us. My favourite was beach volley. I had the chance to know and make friends with many people at the hotel and I will never forget them. I really enjoyed the evening entertainment and dancing with the staff.

Excellent experience! The services, including animation, cleaning, hostess, and other, in the hotel were of elevated quality. Amazing experience with the entertainers, especially with Mauro, Luca, Maria, Filippo. They were very hospitable and fun to be with due to the unique and entertaining activities planned. The cleaning, as well as Food and Beverage was likewise of high quality and absolutely recommendable. Thank you for this amazing holiday!
