Ulasan Movenpick Villas & Residences Phu Quoc

Beach was beautiful, had a good time hopping between the pool and the beach. Came during rainy season so it was abit quieter, and we definitely lucked out with the weather. Definitely think of a wet weather plan cause it might get boring. The gym was fantastic. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Great stay!!!

I enjoyed my time in Mövenpick hotel. Beautiful territory, amazing beach and clean seawater. I like chicken liver on breakfast and coffee which they made was good. Also was nice to have some yoga classes at morning, really gave more power for the day. But also I want to mention some disadvantages which I hope management can change in future. The place for bread in the breakfast didn’t have towel for carting bread, so if guests wanted to cut bread they used there hands to touch the bread!!!! It’s totally not normal for any hotel, and can bring more bacteria!!!!! Moreover I think should add salmon for breakfast. Kitchen makes Benedict eggs only with bacon , and no choice for people who doesn’t eat pork. Was a kinda sad about that. We was living in the second building, to go to beach need to wait for the car and something need to spend 5-10 min on waiting, could be nice to manage it better to not make guest wait for a long time. In conclusion, I would like to come back again but to the first building not second building!

Very welcoming team. Big territory. We needed an escape and this hotel was perfect. Extremely private beach with very less people, clean. Sea is deep enough to swim and not crowded. Great breakfast with tasty coffee made for you and eggs benedict😍 Beautiful sunsets!

It was my first Phu Quoc trip with my parents. I made a reservation because my friend recommended it, but I was satisfied more than I expected. Personally, there were a lot of breakfasts, but I picked delicious ones. Next time. If I go, I would like to make another reservation.

The environment is very nice. Lots of choices for the breadfast buffet. Nice room and decoration. Unfortunately, there are 5 rainy days for our 6 days trip

Very clean and cosy stay with great amenities and facilities in the villa. Group of 4, couple travelling with two other friends enjoyed our stay here. Nice breakfast as there's live station with noodles/pho. Easy to travel out, just book grab to our places and it's mostly about 20 mins or so to places like Grand world, night market etc. Photos of the villa itself is exactly the same from trip platform.

Good Service for staff

A very nice resort with nice renovation and excellent service. Food is very good- all the cuisine are authentic- Vietnamese/ western. Beach is a quiet one and you can enjoy the sunset. Swimming pool can be crowdy sometimes hey everything looks clean and well maintained. Room has a nice bathtub so I enjoyed a lot during my stay

This was a very relaxing stay and the amenities were excellent. From arrival to departure the staff were great. The buffet breakfast catered for all tastes. The additional services were well thought of, with our favourites being the chocolate hour every day. We would stay again!

Clean and beautiful beaches and pool. A bit out of the way from others, but you can always go around with Grab and Taxi. Trip to VinWonders and Grand World is about 20 minutes.

Our experience at Movenpick was overall enjoyable. We will come back here to stay if we came back to Phu Quoc. Breakfast was a highlight during our stay.

We stayed there for 4 nights at the end of November 2023. The premise is new and clean overall, and the beach and pools are particularly great. We also love the buffet breakfast, which offers a wide range of choices. The hotel offers free airport shuttle too, but we are unable to use it as the service is too infrequent (once every 2 hours). Given that the hotel is a 40-min ride from the airport, Movenpick may wish to further enhance their shuttle service in the future. As a new hotel opening in 2020, some of the staffs are relatively inexperienced, but they are generally very polite and helpful. In the last night of my stay, I found that the housekeeping staff had accidentally disposed of my medications. After reporting the incident to the lobby manager, he quickly acknowledged the responsibility and managed to get a new pack of medicine for me from a local hospital at midnight. This level of dedication is indeed commendable.

The hotels is nice but very expensive for that money. No cleanling on the floors
