Hotel is super good. You can request buggy if you are living villa. Breakfast provides different dishes, you can order Benedict or even latte. During my stay, 1530-1630 it is free tea time, chcoc with fruit, choco with cake etc. For the villa, it is very nice. Every bedroom provides own washroom. Pool is clean

The front desk staff were very nice and proactively asked if we needed the free airport shuttle bus. The breakfast selection was plentiful, with some dishes changing daily, and it was served from 6:30 to 10:30 am, which is great for both early risers and those who prefer to sleep in. The room had a fantastic view, and we could relax on the balcony and watch the sunset. However, there were many insects in the room, and because our room was at the end of the hallway, there were even more insects on the floor near the door. The shower water was rather murky, and we also found mildew on the bedsheets. The cleanliness wasn't up to par.

We stayed two bedroom villa with private pool. Room is spacious and clean, it was very convenient to use movenpick app to call buggy car or request anything we need.

Nice sea, beach. The reception staff is not very smart and does not try to help or at least understand what the guest is saying. Breakfast is decent. The view from the room to the lake is excellent

We had a fantastic stay at Movenpick Villas and Residences Phu Quoc! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the lovely Jelin and pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a beautiful connecting room—perfect for our group. The service throughout our stay was excellent. A special shoutout to Dennis at the Sky Breakfast, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome each morning. One of the standout features was the buggy service provided by Huy and Dat. It was not only prompt and efficient during regular hours but impressively accommodating even after the scheduled times. Truly a great experience from start to finish—we can’t wait to come back!

The hotel offers free breakfast and chocolate hour (3:30-4:30pm). The breakfast has a great selection of local and international food. The staff are friendly and helpful as well. We stayed 2 nights at direct pool access room with a small nice garden. It is a big resort, they have a free buggy service to travel between the buildings. It is walkable distance about 10 mins walk to the main building and the beach. The hotel is located at the north of the island. While the location may seem a bit far, but it’s centrally located on the island, making it easy to explore. They have free shuttle service back and forth to the airport every 2 hours. The hotel doesn’t have any scooter for rent, no scooter shop near by, so we took a free buggy to the main gate and took a free vinbus to Grand World (15 mins to Grand World), and also we booked hotel pay shuttle bus to the night market (20 mins to night market), 6pm pick up from the hotel and 9:20pm to return to the hotel. There is one mini mart and a nice coffee and massage shop right next to the main gate, you can take the free buggy to the main gate, the vinbus stop just next to the main gate. The vinbus service is free in Phu Quoc Island. There is a big supermarket Z Mart just one bus stop away from the hotel. Everything was fine and nice, we would definitely return. We had an excellent stay during our 3 nights and 4 days trip. The breakfast were great with great services by the staffs. We were 10 people during the trip and everyone of us enjoyed the stay.

My recent stay at Movenpick in Phu Quoc was a delightful experience overall. The villa I stayed in was exceptionally nice—spacious, meticulously clean, and equipped with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. It truly felt like a private retreat, providing both comfort and luxury. One thing to note is the location: while the resort offers a serene and picturesque escape, it is about an hour away from the city center. This can be a bit inconvenient if you’re looking to explore the urban attractions frequently. However, if your goal is to unwind and enjoy a peaceful environment, the distance is a small price to pay.

Really great property with excellent rooms and amenities. The gym was terrific and the beach was beautiful... Breakfast was plentiful and the pools were great. The Chocolate happy hour was sinful as I eat very healthy but couldn't resist! Lok

The hotel is very nice with a beautiful sea view. The breakfast is also very delicious with a lot of choice.

This is not 5 star resort not relaxing hotel  Location so far from everything very busy hotel  Breakfast restaurant to small for amount of guests not enough tables inside food set up all over place  No staff speak English or give you 5 service  Buggy drivers so fast you almost will fall off  Free Afternoon chocolate at the lobby its joke  Resort don’t supply any drink water anywhere  Rooms have good views but under bed full of dust not clean  Manager of the hotel please check your hotel and your services or not  doing your job

Great hotel, i stayed at the 3 bedroom villa, lake view and it was really great. i’d visit Vietnam, just to stay at the Movenpick again.
