I loved everything about the guesthouse. The host was friendly and welcoming, the property is beautifully situated at the banks of Vaal river. The morning view is spectacular and the room was clean and smelled fresh. Loved every minute ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This place was amazing. Views over the pool and across the river at the 18th hole of the golf course. Beautiful sunsets and peacefull sunrises with the fish jumping and birds sunning themselves. The room had every amenity and was impeccably clean. They went out of their way to help me with local recomendations for restaurants and activities as well as going the extra mile when I needed some additional help. By far the best place to stay close to town.

Enjoyed my stay at this beautiful place. I was on an overnight Solocation to celebrate my birthday and the host made it super special for me. Amazing room with amazing views and spotless clean room and bathroom

We stayed for 2 nights at Rus and Vrede. It is the most superb, 5 star facility I visited in a long time. The views are amazing. Yvette is the most amazing hostess giving a lot of effort in the small details. The room is clean with crisp, beautiful linen. The bed is comfy. The electric blankets and aircon helped for the winter cold. Yvette was available 24/7 to give recommendations. The coffee station was abundantly stocked. The muesli, rusks and jogurt for breakfast delicious. Definitely the best place to sleep over in Parys.

Absolute gem of a place!! will definitely be returning the next time we are in Parys. Honestly do not have one negative thing to say about Rus & Vrede. Surpassed our expectations and would recommend to anyone for business or pleasure

What a stunning place! Our stay was short but flawless from check in to check out. Host and staff are so professional and friendly. The rooms are kept Very Clean, modern and luxurious! Perfect view of the Vaal River and we enjoyed the infinity pool with immaculate landscape surrounding us.We will definitely come back. Thank you for an amazing experience Rus & Vrede!

I chose Rus en Vrede for a three day re charge weekend and that’s exactly what I got! Yvette, the owner went to such care to make sure my stay would me a comfortable and memorable one. My room had everything I needed from all the many fluffy bath towels to all the choices of coffee….wow! Thank you Yvette for your great hospitality….I will definately recommend your accommodation to all and will be back.
