Ulasan Kardia Resort Gili Trawangan A Pramana Experience

Super peaceful and tranquil getaway in Gili Trawangan! I rated 5* for the location assuming you really want to get away from the crowd, otherwise it’s kinda far from the ferry terminal. Room was lovely, staff very friendly and breakfast was tasty and awesome, a wide spread to choose from if included in your stay. Highly recommend this if you’re looking for somewhere chill and quiet.

Apart from cleanliness and location, what needs to be badly upgraded is the service here. The communication between the staff is bad. There’s no proper passover when my room needs an attention. I have to repeat myself 3 times again and again. I believe there should be a proper way of handling certain matters. Staff at restaurant, they need a proper training I believe. Even when we speak in Bahasa or English, they seem clueless. I do not want to mention names here but they really need a proper guidelines and training. At both days during our breakfast, the order came completely wrong. We prayed twice and thrice but it does not made any difference. Good place but sadly the attitude of the staff pulled down experience stayed there.

The room extremely clean and organize such beautiful design!! Definitely we be back!! Food good and friendly staff .

Das Kardia ist ein sehr schönes Hotel auf der Westseite von Gili T., wo es ruhiger ist, als auf der Hafenseite beziehungsweise der Partyseite. Hier hat man einen perfekten Ausblick auf den Sonnenuntergang. Der Restaurant-Bereich ist gemütlich an der Poolbar kann man sich einen leckeren Cocktail holen. Die Shows sind sehr unterhaltsam. Im hinteren Bereich des Hotels gibt es einen zweiten, sehr sehr schönen Pool, wo man sich perfekt entspannen kann. Das Zimmer ist groß und schön eingerichtet. Die Idee mit dem Badezimmer außen gefiel uns gut, nur die Wände sind etwas dünn, sodass man die Nachbarn hören kann, wenn sie laut sprechen. Alles in allem ein wirklich tolles Hotel, was wir weiterempfehlen würden.

酒店在t島的西側，門口趕海不錯，距離東部熱鬧區騎車15分鐘的樣子。t島待了4晚，酒店每晚都有唱歌表演，差不多晚上整個西海岸餐廳最熱鬧的區塊了，淋浴噴頭水量很小，洗得想罵人。蚊子也挺多，衞生還算不錯。

Прекрасный отель!!! Красивые закаты, расположен отдаленно от порта, но оно того стоит. Безлюдно, уединенно! Внамательный персонал , очень услужливый! Завтраки по меню, очень вкусные ! Бронировала номер с выходом в бассейн- это невероятно! Вернусь еще раз! Великолепное пребывание!

L'hotel est correct personnel bienveillant et souriant. Les points faibles sont _le ptit déjeuner : on te limite les choix. La connexion internet est faible et le contact WhatsApp ( roomservice) ne répond jamais. Le nettoyage des chambres est tardfis

Great hotel with seaview and very friendly staff. The rooms are very clean and everyone takes care of your wishes. Clearly a recommendation for everyone who wants to relax and enjoy gili island on the quiet west side of the island.👍 thank you for the nice stay.

Room is clean, pillow is the best Bed is so comfort. Breakfast is nice and the service are very good The resort team is kind Dinner is very nice and the fire show is amazing But the Hot water in the shower not really hot at the time Thank you so much Kardia Resort This is the best experience stay in Gili Trawangan

We had a more than great stay! This was our second time and it felt like coming home to our family again! The staff is a-m-a-z-i-n-g!!!! The location is beautiful, the food is great, the pool bar, the rooms, the restaurant, just everything!!!! If we could give it a number it would definitely be a 10+++

The hotel was beautiful. We stayed in the pool access room and the pool was lovely and peaceful. The views from the restaurant were gorgeous and it was an amazing spot to watch the sun set of Bali. The staff were lovely, kind and very helpful. I would defiantly come back here again.
