Staff was very friendly. everyone from the front desk, breakfast attendant to room cleaners were eager to help and had smiles.
Room was very clean. Ours even had a freezer in it which may be helpful if you are having a longer stay and wanted to store frozen entrees to microwave.

I liked everything at this hotel. The staff were gracious and very pleasant. The location was easily accessed and conveniently located. I also liked the breakfast with many selections. The room was clean and comfortable.

OK Hotel (Just OK!)
I checked in dropped of my stuff and went out for supper. On return to my room I discovered that the air-condition wasn't working, not cooling -not heating - just blowing air, couldn't be shut off either, so I pulled the plug to shut it off!
TV, I discovered as well wasn't working due to "no signal" , luckily I got my tablet with me.
At breakfast you'll get a cardboard plate in exchange for a ticket you'll receive at the check in (really?) "Plastic" cutlery from a dispenser. Not that Canada tries to reduce all plastic for the environment, just a suggestion Porcelain plates and metal cutlery can be used several times and cleaned as well.
At check out the associate at the front desk refused to print a hardcopy of my receipt and stated that I've booked via ******* and they are responsible for my receipt. I paid $157 for this Service, in my opinion quite overprized, don't you think?
At least the room was clean and quiet(after I pulled the plug from the aircon :)
I would not recommend this Hotel.
