We only stayed for 5 hours as we arrived very late, but all was nice and clean. Rooms were compact but still very comfortable.

The information on ********** was incorrect!
Me and my father specifically chose this hotel and room for largely two reasons. First of all because the Double Room Deluxe was supposed to have both a double bed and a sofa bed. But upon arrival there was no sofa bed, not even a regular sofa...! And it wasn't the room type that was wrong, cause no rooms have sofas... However the staff was kind enough to upgrade us to a family room, which has extra beds, so it was all solved very well.
The second reason we chose this hotel was because it was supposed to have a spa area with several pools. But it turned out that this wasn't included in the room price, but something we would have had to pay extra to access (200 kr per person). This didn't say anywhere at all on **********, so this was a shock. And furthermore, during our stay one of the pools (the swimming pool) was broken and couldn't be used. They were still charging the full amount to access the area though...So they expect people to pay full price, to only use a part of the facility. No thanks!
Other than this we had a good stay. Nice breakfast, clean room, friendly and helpful staff. Good, central location. However very close to the railroad, so we could hear trains running all throughout the night.

Nicely located for the railway station and town and helpful, pleasant Staff. Room was excellent although "not the biggest" and a comfortable bed. Breakfast was also very good but I must have missed that it finished early as this was one of my days off - but they were accommodating allowing me to finish in my own time.
I also appreciated being able to stay in the Lobby using the WiFi (with the offer of a coffee) as I waited for my next train. A little thing to some but not all Hotels do this and it makes such a difference!

Everything was great except the staff was a little frosty... They acted like it was a big hassle every time I asked for something at the front desk. Maybe that's just normal for this part of Sweden? The pool area is nice but be advised it's not included in the hotel room price which is not stated on **********. Norrköping is really cute and I look forward to visiting again.
