I would not return to this property. The second floor corridor smelled like pot. I asked the front desk to replace a burned out light bulb and that never happened. Trash all around the main entrance and around elevators. Only one elevator was working during our stay. No ice machine was installed on the second floor. I had to goto the first floor for ice. The lavatory did not have any water pressure. The continental breakfast could have been better. I wanted cereal and they did not have any milk. The king size bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Only 3 small pillows for 2 people on king size bed. Could not understand the man at the front desk when we checked in. Not a lot of room to negotiate the toilet with the bathroom door. The office desk chair armrest in the room were about to fall off.
This is the worst 3 star rated hotel ever. I would give it a 1 star.

Cons- King size bed had 3 pillows for two people. Front desk overnight staff seemed annoyed that I requested a couple extra pillows. Phone in room did not work so I had to go downstairs to make the request. The only ice machine that worked was on the 5th floor. We were on the second floor and we’re not informed of that when checking in.
Pros- breakfast was pretty good. Water pressure in the shower was crazy good.

First I never give bad reviews. But this was horrible. The hallway smelled of like sweat and cumin. The housekeeper did not clean the room well. Did not have any pillow covers. Asked her for some 3 times. Eventually had to get them from the front desk. Did not get any new towels the entire weekend. Did not make the bed over the weekend. Even after I went to the front desk. No cold water. Only scolding hot. My friend had bed bugs. Another had mold. It was just horrible. The owners have the entire family working there. Some of them speak English. Some do not. If it were not for the event I would have left.

Wasn’t able to actually pay for my room before check in I was told that I was going to be charged an early check in fee. No information on here stating that you will have to pay a deposit of $100 I found out once I arrived at the property which is not fair and it should be up here. I really didn’t have the money for the deposit. Also when checking out, we had no choice but to leave early because the fire alarm went off which forced us to leave way earlier then we planned too. Location was perfect hallways smelled like smoke even though it was a non smoking hotel. Not sure I would stay here again.

The couch had stains all over it. The pillows were tiny little throw pillows, the bed was hard, our mattress was all stained. The bathroom light only worked half the time and the fan was loud. There was broken glass all over the parking lot. Also the indoor pool was closed. This was one of the only reasons we choose this hotel. There was hair all in the sink and the water pressure in the sink was awfuI. I do not recommend.

I booked a 6 night stay there. Since day one I've been having issues the hallway and the room had a funny smell. The linen on the bed did not smell fresh. The bathroom light was very dim and the walls around the shower was peeling. I seen a mouse on the first floor. The last 2 days I was there the TV wasn't working. The breakfast is horrible. And the hotel is outdated. I would not recommend this place to no one.

I did not know I had to have $100 held for check in after the room was paid for. Was told I would lose the room and my money if I didnt pay it. Got to the room and it was a handicap room with a broken toliet. They did change my room. Second room did not have a shower curtain and the shower head had a leak. Went to get breakfast and the ham had hair in it, ruined my meal.
