Dishes incomplete, shower dirty. Mattresses would have to be replaced as they sagged. Drains smell unpleasant. But otherwise we were at peace.

Apartment in a good location. Some should be eliminated. 1st shower does not work. 2. Toaster rusted. 3. coffee machine. Filter worn out. 4. carpets in the living area heavily dirty. 5. Sofa and armchair being dirty. Upholstery cleaning would make sense.
