Ulasan One Niseko Resort Towers

Hotelnya secara umum oke, tapi terlalu banyak orang luar yang masuk begitu saja ke sumber air panas. Sekilas Anda bisa tahu bahwa mereka tidak menginap di sini. Hotelnya tidak terlalu memperhatikannya dari pemandian air panas pria dan wanita.Rasanya mudah untuk masuk. 

Kamarnya luas dengan banyak ruang. ***a rumah keluarga Jepang. Sangat nyaman. Terdapat sumber air panas dalam dan luar ruangan serta bus antar-jemput resor ski. Pelayanannya oke. Ada sebuah toko kecil di lantai bawah. Produk restorannya kurang bagus, jadi saya tidak menyarankan untuk mencobanya.

Pemandian air panasnya sangat bagus Lokasinya dekat dengan Moiwa Resort. Tidak mungkin berjalan di sepanjang jalan Niseko United Resort. Stafnya ramah Ini adalah kunjungan kedua saya dan saya akan berkunjung lagi.

Lokasinya agak terpencil, tapi tidak masalah. Kami berkendara sendiri. Tapi ada bau apek yang menyengat di dalam kamar Selain itu semuanya baik-baik saja Pemandian air panasnya juga nyata, dan Anda merasa sangat nyaman setelah berendam di dalamnya!

Jarak ke toko serba ada sedikit menjadi masalah, tapi selain itu jaraknya sangat bagus. Insektisida pembasmi kutu busuk ditempatkan di dalam ruangan, namun kenyataannya tidak ditemukan serangga di dalam gedung, apalagi di dalam ruangan. Kamar mandinya juga bersih dan nyaman. Mereka baik terhadap anak-anak dan pengalaman menginapnya sangat menyenangkan.

Suka banget sama hotel ini. Mereka sangat membantu. Stafnya juga sangat baik. Meskipun mereka tidak bisa berbahasa Inggris dengan baik, mereka berusaha sebaik mungkin untuk membantu kami dan saya akan memberi nilai sempurna 10 untuk keramahan mereka! Hotel ini tidak terlalu dekat dengan pusat kota, tetapi jangan khawatir karena layanan antar-jemput mereka selalu tersedia untuk Anda. Saya ingin kembali ke hotel ini pada musim dingin berikutnya! The room is very specious and staff very friendly.

This is my second time to live here. Staff are nice and helpful. Hot spring is excellent. Hotel room is spacious and clean. It was a pity that the hotel restaurant was temporary closed during the period of our stay. I would highly recommend my friend. Hope the hotel restaurant would ve re-open soon.

Room was clean. Good to have a dryer inside. Breakfast was ok. Outdoor onsen was not hot enough

The staff are not knowledgeable on 3rd party ski hire or ski school. We returned the equipment 1 day earlier and the staff said ok and asked if we are fine with 50% refund. We said yes. The next day they said they never said this.....no English, and don't ask questions, they will not be able to answer. They are well mannered and kind, just no direction and very messy. Bus schedule is also confusing, staff are not clear and busses don't often come without calling and reminding. They say it is due to weather condition, but it wasn't. You need to book set menu dinners at their one and only restaurant, 3 days in advance. We missed the Christmas set dinner, and even though on the phone to reserve the table, we asked for set menu, they didn't decline and they didn't say we needed 3 day advance notice. So we went and ordered small alacarte meals. Small dishes but were absolutely delicious. Hot Spring facility is excellent. Rooms are clean and the layout is fantastic. They have a washing machine that dries as well. Bring your own laundry detergent But I must give 100% credit to them as we left our bag at the lobby and they arranged to send it to Tokyo for us and called the receiving hotel as well,.

We took a penhouse which is very luxury and spacious. Very good price in Niseko. But a little far away from the busy area but not very bad with car. Had little mis-communication on ski gear rental which is a little defect but not influence my impression. Staff speak fluent English and very helpful.

Hotel is value for money. Location is not the most ideal although there is a shuttle bus service. Better to stock up food as the restaurants are not always open due to lack of manpower. There are some food stuffs to buy over the counter. Overall it was good.

The location quite far from the city center buy nearby from Annupuri Ski Resort, during our stay all of their restaurants are closing, quite hard to find a food luckily several restaurants nearby can pickup for free based on receptionist recommendations but limited option. The room can quite smelly from kitchen maybe from previous tenant cook something that still left the smell. The room it self quite big with tatami style but very old interior but the view is nice. Several staff are really friendly and can speak english. The onsen was great, there are outdoor and indoor.
