Our lake view room was an absolute dream—waking up to the shimmering waters right from our balcony was pure magic. Mornings spent sipping coffee and afternoons indulging in the hotel’s delightful complimentary tea while soaking in the breathtaking scenery felt like heaven.
The staff went above and beyond—warm, kind, and always ready to help, from luggage assistance to ensuring every detail was perfect. The location couldn’t be better: steps away from cozy bonfire spots and surrounded by tasty eateries, yet peaceful enough to make you never want to leave your room.
Honestly, why venture far? This hotel is the ultimate retreat. Grab a drink, cozy up on the balcony, and let the view of Lugu Lake steal your heart. We’ll be back! 🌿

It's very impressive with a bath tub in the room. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the young Mosuo reception guy/lady. Nice complimentary afternoon tea while sitting at the balcony and admiring the beautiful no blocking lakeview. All amenities are well maintained and modernized. Will book this hotel if visit Lugu Lake.

Very big and lovely room and great amenities - heating, humidifier, hot water, tea. Overall great ambience with hotel being nicely furnished in and outside the room. Service was also great as they were very responsive.
