Room is small, location is excellent. 100 inch projection is amazing. It is like sleeping in a movie theater, we watched 3 movies for 6 hours. Definitely would stay here again.

Excellent location near to Tianyi Square; very convenient to go to everywhere due to its location and public transporation. The facilities are provided almost the same as other 5 star hotels. A diversity of foods for breakfast, which means a great deal of options to meet everyone's needs and taste. I would certainly choose this hotel once again when visiting Ningbo next time. One more thing: the manager is extremely nice when asked if my room can be changed so that the view of the river can be enjoyed. She did help me to change the room. A very pretty girl.

Well, it's pretty good overall! The room is big enough, the bedroom and the lounge can be separated, and there is a dressing room. We were given a quiet location next to it as requested, which is pretty good! The location of the hotel is pretty good, not far from the attractions in the city, and the Old Bund is only about 1 kilometer away. After dinner, go for a stroll. If it doesn't rain, it's quite leisurely to blow the river breeze! The lights on both sides of the river are bright, and the scenery at night is really good! Drum Tower, Catholic Church, Moon Lake, you can also walk all the way, they are not very far, and you can almost reach the next attraction after playing one! The hotel sent dinner, which is pretty delicious! The breakfast in the hotel is average, you can eat enough but there are not many varieties, which is a bit different from the meal standard! 🈶 There is room for improvement!

It was my first time staying at an Orange Crystal hotel. The environment was very stylish, the facilities were very high-end, and they were all smart, which was very friendly to a lazy person like me! I could complete all the instructions without having to do anything. The bedding in the room was also very comfortable. Although it was a new hotel, it didn't have any smell, and the hygiene was even more clean and tidy. There was also coffee in the room, which was really good. The girl at the front desk was also very enthusiastic and told me about the surrounding food. The hotel is very close to Tianyi Pavilion and can be reached on foot, which is very convenient. There are also many delicious Ningbo restaurants nearby. This is the hotel I am most satisfied with during my trip these days!

Great hotel. I visit Ningbo very often. I stayed at this hotel several times. I try to book a room with a balcony. Cleaning every day, very friendly staff, there is breakfast, there is laundry and a small gym. The hotel is located in the very center of the city, very close to the train station. Not far from the hotel there is a central square where various shops and restaurants are located. Very close to the historical quarter in the colonial style. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

The location of Ningbo Old Bund Rosewood Hotel is very good, just a short walk from the old Bund, there are many attractions around, convenient transportation, and there are many gourmet restaurants when you go out. The hotel staff is polite and smiling, especially the pony wearing glasses. It is responsive and helpful. On the evening of November 15, our two cars came back late. The underground garage was full. He took us to the parking garage of other units on the road next to us to coordinate parking. Solving our difficult problem, making our guests feel very satisfied and comfortable... Breakfast quality and variety are good (a little suggestion that I hope to follow up, steamed points such as buns, siu mai, etc. are sometimes warm and not hot enough). The room is clean and the facilities are intact, worthy of praise!

The next night I called to say there was a problem with the screen projection (actually there was a problem on the first night), and a woman answered the phone. She said ”I'll come up and take a look”, but it turned out to be a male receptionist... When the male receptionist came, the screen projection was completely out of control of my phone. My phone exited, but it was still playing the previous video, and then it would disconnect inexplicably, and it would not be able to search for the device. The male receptionist tried several times and found that it was indeed unsolvable. He asked me to wait and find the manager. Then he asked me if I wanted to get some fruit or change rooms, and called the manager. The manager came and asked us to demonstrate it again? He also said that he would take a video to show the maintenance staff, and said ”I'm not targeting you, otherwise the maintenance staff will not know how to repair it.” I am not from the telecommunications company, what does it have to do with me how to repair it? Am I your equipment tester? After playing a video from Station B, it automatically disconnected. She said she wanted to test whether other rooms were the same, and asked me to try another projection mode again. Later, the projection resumed when she was shooting a video. I was speechless, and even more speechless was her attitude. She said that the maintenance staff would have to check it before deciding whether to change the room... My friend, you can either change the room or solve the problem, or say that you can't solve it and give other compensation. Besides, didn't the male receptionist see that there was a problem? It was past 10:30 in the evening, and you had already made me wait for half an hour and asked me to wait again. Do you think I'm idle? Are you going to call one person after another to visit this broken projection screen in my room? Don't I want to sleep? After I refused, she asked me ”Ah? Then what do you think we should do?” How did it become ”I think what to do, did I open Atour? Is this your first day as a manager? Finally, I could only say ”Haha, it's OK, you can go back” In fact, there were some other minor problems on the first day, but the room service aunt was very good and solved them quickly. The aunt and the male front desk were at least very nice. We are all workers, so I don't think it's necessary to embarrass each other. The male front desk will even take people to the elevator, but this manager makes people angry! It's hard to calm down my speechless heart without writing this bad review. And, I'll add now that the 8702 water heater is also hot and cold. I had a cold on the first day and I really didn't have the energy to talk. After talking about the projection screen on the second day, I was too lazy to talk about the water heater. When the time comes, let me take a thermometer to measure the real-time water temperature and I will be honest. The room type is good, the TV can be rotated, the location is convenient, the cleaning is clean, the midnight snack and breakfast staff are enthusiastic, the decoration of the lobby on the first floor is great, there is a fried snack with cream filling, which is super delicious!

I passed through Ningbo on a business trip and chose to stay here. Very nice. The front desk staff was very attentive, polite, and reserved a room according to my housing requirements👍🏻 The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, with a great view and very quiet. This hotel had some wonderful review which actually led me to book it for the first time . This was my third visit to the property. Based on my experience over the three visit which were rather lengthy this hotel’s target market is predominantly local market . If compared to their international franchise 4 star peers the hotel lacks in many areas. 1. They offer a good spread of buffet breakfast but the assortment is mostly focused on locals guests . The selection seldom changes. 2. The bakery products offered were not fresh . Found to be cold and stale 3. Fresh fruits were found to be mixed with stale ones , not sure if they used the ones from the previous days . 4. House keeping was not the best , often found coffee-tea cups not cleaned or replaced . 5. Requested for in room complimentary coffee instead of tea . They sell coffee pouches at lobby, but instead they ask me to go down and ask for coffee at the lobby. 6. The small gym does not have any sanitiser tissue to clean the equipment before use . 7. At the lobby they have a cafe which is also the office for the hotel management staff. In the evening the area is completely mosquito infested , difficult to sit even for 5 minutes . 8. The hotel turned off the Cookson’s system , inside room temperature went up to 29 degree C. After repeated request they did something but that also did not take the temperature below 24 Degrees. 9. The hotel needs serious consideration about training the lobby staffs . A simple way to explain is their face is curved in stone . No emotion! 10. They need to review their safety protocol, they sent my guest directly to the room without even asking . For many my comments may not matter for some it may . I have spent almost 10 days on my last visit so I can’t ignore those . The best part of the stay was Mary ( forgot to ask her position). I think she’s the manager . She is the ideal face of a hotel . She has been the most pleasant and supportive among all the staffs at the hotel.

Clean and cozy. Food was fine. Alas, there was no iron in the room and water flow in the shower was not sufficient.
