The hotel staff is polite and smiling, especially the pony wearing glasses. It is responsive and helpful. On the evening of November 15, our two cars came back late. The underground garage was full. He took us to the parking garage of other units on the road next to us to coordinate parking. Solving our difficult problem, making our guests feel very satisfied and comfortable... Breakfast quality and variety are good (a little suggestion that I hope to follow up, steamed points such as buns, siu mai, etc. are sometimes warm and not hot enough). The room is clean and the facilities are intact, worthy of praise!

I found this hotel by accident and wanted to give it a try. I didn’t expect that the B&B was in Cicheng and had a huge lawn! It's also close to Cihu, just a few steps away! Breakfast and afternoon tea taste great! Since all the restaurants around lunch were closed, they cooked us a piece of egg fried rice when we were really hungry! That smells really good! Except for the Wi-Fi, which is a bit unsatisfactory, I hope it can be improved in the future~

The front desk can’t English sometimes hard to communicate, there’s word we don’t know… and don’t know how to say. Bathroom there’s wasn’t clean enough…. There’s splashes vomit or something in the bathroom. And the cleaning service get in the room…. We didn’t ask for cleaning up. We didn’t turn on the lights. They open the door.

酒店位置很好，就在慈城古鎮裏面，離附近停車場也很近。酒店設施設備齊全，早餐的套餐合理搭配的也不錯。總體比較滿意，遺憾的是淋浴房，本身就不大的空間裏，裏面的鋼絲晾衣繩收不回去的橫在那裡，不太合理，望改進。
