I stayed earlier at the Vienna International Hotel in Haikou. Compared to that hotel, this one seems subpar. However, the service and amenities were satisfactory, and the staff were very helpful.

The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The rooms are comfortable and their breakfast is savoury. The hotel is located within minutes from the nearest metro station, making it fast and easy to reach the city centre. The only downside of my trip was the presence of students on a field trip. They were extremely noisy and loud and kept running up and down the corridors, knocking at doors randomly.

the worst hotel during my trip this time. The hotel room smells really bad, toilet also smells bad, the floor was sticky, felt a bit oily. the only good thing is it was close to subway. But by far the worst experience i have had

Staff were very helpful. Had requested a non-smoking room and there was still a smell of smoke in the room but very convenient location and room was clean

After 4 nights in small, old, stuffy hotel rooms in Hong Kong, i really got to enjoy my night here. Check-in was quick, the driver that picked me up from the airport was kind and the rooms were great. Very clean and comfortable. Beds are soft and the pillows are great. Air conditioner works quickly and the shower was perfect. Fantastic airport hotel.

1.0600、0630送機約滿，前台叫車到機場31元。2.剛進房間是淡淡菸味，開半小時空調就沒了。前台大廳兩側放兩個像大煙灰缸垃圾桶，ㄧ早就幾人抽的都是煙味，不建議帶孩子入住或要省送機費入住的朋友。3.機場搭2站出來走6分鐘可到酒店。

酒店服務非常貼心，特別是小徐，用心房間佈置温馨，睡覺很舒服，房間都是消毒後的房間很安靜，總之衞生無可挑剔真的很乾凈，設施很齊全我連鞋帶的一次性床背都沒用上服務，隨叫隨到，退房還可以繼存行李贊！贊 酒店離彌勒聖壇也很近，值得一去

回家需要在寧波轉機 訂了這家離機場最近的酒店 一進到店裡就有前台熱情的問候 訂房時誤訂了雙床房 前台丹丹知道後免費幫忙換成了大床 服務沒得説 因為早上要趕飛機 也貼心的幫我們打包了早餐 酒店設施也很齊全 健身房 洗衣機都是配套的 外賣還可以機器人送到房間不用下去拿 很棒的一次入住

設施:還是傳統的維也納風格，七八樓比較新，可能裝修不久 衞生:房間衞生整體比較乾淨，整潔 服務:工作人員丹丹服務熱情 貼心的安排了電 梯口的房間（可能是看我們行李很多，哈哈） 早餐:品種多，選擇多。對我這種選擇困難症不太友好以外。滿分100 記
