這個村子的環境太好了，溪水清澈，每年都必須安排一次李家坑玩水之旅～酒店玩樂設備超齊全，槳板、卡拉OK、溪水下午茶等等！前台的小夥子們，特別熱情友好，生怕大家玩得不盡興。還有點我一定要表揚的，旺季的時候玩槳板的住客太多，他們會維持秩序確保每位住客都能體驗到，大大的贊！在這裏我還第一次釣到了馬口、長鰭鱲，推薦大家都來釣魚～

在青山環抱的四明山深處，民宿坐落在一個名謂李家坑的山村村口，門口就是潺潺溪水。這裏商業開發度不高，但民宿規模不小，準酒店級。年輕的管家小哥非常親和，氛圍怡然幽靜，去周邊各景點位置居中，離茅鑊古樹公園最近，一句題外話要去領略茅鑊咖啡店絕美風景，住這裡是不二選擇

一場説走就走的旅行，撿漏了這個民宿，沒想到這麼好，地理位置好，內部設施乾淨齊全，門口大和可以玩水，晚上還有激光秀，可惜下雨，不然還可以篝火和露天電影！期待下次去體驗！

四面青山綠水，門口小溪潺潺。非常好的一個放鬆心情的地方。老闆也是相當熱情，因為下雨耽誤的行程立馬提供了另外的建議，感覺賺咯。

非常滿意，服務態度非常好，老闆也很大氣，風景非常好，很舒服，特別適合放鬆，門口就是河，水很清，民宿有免費的皮划艇和救生衣，可以隨意玩，很舒服。雖然晚上下雨沒有看到篝火KTV，但是也很開心，非常值得二刷

一家有温度的民宿，店長非常熱情耐心接待，房間面對青山，住了兩個晚上睡得非常好，自帶的餐廳農家菜也非常不錯。門口就有一條河流 可以玩水玩槳板，周邊也有很多近距離景點，民宿為整個旅程加分不少，下次還會再來！

服務：四點入住，前台沒有一個人，等了十五分鐘辦理入住。房間非常吵，給管家發微信不理，第二天也不會，你投訴你的，我權當沒看見。
衞生：垃圾桶裏的蘋果皮，破爛的毛巾，還有濕漉漉的杯子。這樣的衞生，這樣的設施一言難盡。
環境：非常吵，入住時大堂，兩桌在打撲克，一桌一羣人在嗑瓜子吃零食，門口一羣孩子橫沖直闖。樓道一直到十點半還在吵鬧，酒店門口一羣男人打牌到凌晨十二點，嗷嗷叫。
餐食：早餐限量版，就那麼一口。櫻桃很好吃，推薦了果園，開車幾十公里過去一問100一筐，門口其他家50，砍價105買了三筐，果然坑人都要一起坑。
設施：沒想到這個年代了還是要帶鑰匙鎖門。沒有停車場，衹能停在馬路上或者公共停車場。
五一假期的好心情一掃而光，李家村不錯，柿林村翻過一個樑就到了，也很美，丹山赤水景色非常好。無奈倒黴選擇這樣一家近千的客棧。河對岸兩家客棧民宿都在裝修，你們就這服務？好評不知道哪裡來的。如果你喜歡吵鬧，喜歡冷漠，喜歡坑人，那麼你就來吧。
