Very friendly and attentive staff. Location is great if you are taking train.
Room is clean & new.
Individually controlled air con is a must for me, this is not the case for many other hotel chains (including international brands).

這次又來寧波 二住 值得推薦 ，酒店的 硬件設施真的很不錯 很齊全 第二次來入住了 房間的吹風機很喜歡 用的萊芬的 很好用 ，房間的衞生 很乾凈整潔 環境很優雅 新版的4.0版本還是有很多改進的人體感應 告別以前的取電卡 ，還是入住的弧度的房間 ，超級漂亮的湖景 值得大家來入住打卡 ，整體的服務水平很不錯 前台 客房 餐廳部門都井井有條，見面也有熱情問候 ，空調出風很快 空調給力 很舒服 隔音也不錯的 ，淋浴也是恆温水 淋浴很大 下水很快，酒店對面就可以進月湖公園入口 很棒 ，還有一個月湖盛園 裏面是條商業街 ，有家卿家姆餐館很好吃，酒店有竹居 可以坐下來看看書 ，還有洗衣房 健身房 很棒 餐廳環境也很棒 早餐種類豐富 很好吃😋之後出行寧波必選 ，上次入住的公區的問題也得到了改善 ，酒店也有回訪，做的很棒😊希望酒店在後續可以做的越來越好 ，會一直支持 滿意的出行，滿意的服務 ，真的很適合這個春天過來打卡，贊贊贊！

很滿意！今年第二年入住了，最滿意的就是這個床了，很舒服晚上睡的很沉，這個枕頭老公很喜歡叫我買一個，我準備去買2個😃。酒店的位置也很好，靠近火車站，乘2站路就可以到城隍廟，鼓樓，車站也就在酒店附近。天一閣月湖公園就在對面。唯一的就是房間有點小，還有如果有床頭燈就好了，近視眼看手機太暗了😂

第一，酒店的位置非常便利，寧波火車站下車後步行14分鐘就可以抵達酒店。下樓就是月湖公園，離天一閣、鼓樓等景點近，出行更加便捷。第二，房間硬件設施好，軟件設計和人性化，是亞朵的4.0。第三，所有服務人員態度都很好，前台的小姐姐都特別有耐心，服務更好！早餐豐盛，下午茶、深夜粥到很温馨。最喜歡圖五一角。

家人跑甬馬，帶着老媽一塊來寧波逛逛，因為年紀大的人中午需要午休一下，所以很人性化提前給安排了入住，床鋪和枕頭很舒服，體驗了一鍵深睡模式，簡約的風格服務也很到位。有豐富的早餐，還有免費咖啡，深夜粥到處處體現了温暖。衹可惜這次樓層低了，對於睡眠不好的人來説晚上街面上炸街的馬達有點吵哈！

入住還有熱茶喝 見面都有微笑問候，房間電視機很大，電視機可以旋轉 酒店的地理位置真的很方便 投屏在上一次入住的問題 也有專人聯繫我 致歉解決 ，也希望酒店服務能越做越好 ，把整個酒店管理的好一些，整體還是非常推薦的酒店 不管是晚上夜宵服務 還是早餐真的很不錯 粥很好吃 酸奶麻花也很好吃 😋 ，服務員都還是很熱情的 房間衞生乾淨 整潔 空調很舒服 空調床頭按鈕很便捷，空調很温暖 ，空調可以冷熱很好的調節，空調系統很完善 ，硬件設施4.0還是有很多改進，人體感應式通電 無線充 樓下有健身房和洗衣服務很方便，洗衣洗的很乾凈 ，洗衣房烘乾很快，電視機還可以實時看到洗衣機狀態，洗衣服務超棒，方便了不少，入住退房都還有前台人員一起幫忙提行李 🧳 很讚的一點，總的來説 亞朵一直是出差出新的選擇 ，希望新的亞朵服務越來越好，能夠貼心幫助到每一個旅途中的人，之後也會選擇亞朵入住、也感謝一些服務人員在我入住中的熱情服務 ，很喜歡！
