民宿的位置不錯，高層夜景也挺好。服務還可以，客服小姐姐回覆挺及時，各種指引也很清晰。
但是我不得不説衞生實在太差了！！我們訂了兩間房間，其中24樓 被子一股濃郁的臭汗味➕黴味，還很潮。其中一個枕頭還黃黃的，賊噁心！我躺了一會兒覺得實在太臭了，難以接受，而且我覺得在這種被窩裡睡一覺身上肯定要起疹子，最後我衹能開着熱空調，穿着衣服外套在沙發上睡了一夜！晚上還被凍醒，但是最後在臭和冷之間，我衹能選擇冷。第二天我另一個選擇睡床的朋友醒過來，發生大腿上、小腿上、胳膊上、背上還有耳朵上，身上多處地方起了像蚊子塊一樣的包，奇癢無比！！從來沒遇到過這麼離譜的事情！太臟了！！
訂的一間23樓的，房間裏一股狗尿味，沙發旁邊 味道最濃，而且沙發黃黃的 看上去也是特別臟 （忘記拍照了）。 還有一個詭異的鏡子側對着床頭，半夜翻身的時候不經意間瞥到鏡子中的自己 嚇一跳！
本來還打算續租，大半夜就想逃走！！這家民宿真的過於離譜！！

來寧波跑馬拉松，小七家公寓出行方便，到起點不到一公里
房間夠大，衞生整潔，老闆很熱情，入住便捷，周邊餐飲眾多。

設施比較齊全，有大落地窗，風景不錯，離天一廣場很近。浴巾要錢，還擦不幹身子，冰箱裏的東西很貴，整個房子空調冷熱不均，打了30度熱空調，床上還是冷的
