Hotel dekat Cihu Martyrs' Cemetery, Ningbo

Room is small, location is excellent. 100 inch projection is amazing. It is like sleeping in a movie theater, we watched 3 movies for 6 hours. Definitely would stay here again.

Excellent location near to Tianyi Square; very convenient to go to everywhere due to its location and public transporation. The facilities are provided almost the same as other 5 star hotels. A diversity of foods for breakfast, which means a great deal of options to meet everyone's needs and taste. I would certainly choose this hotel once again when visiting Ningbo next time. One more thing: the manager is extremely nice when asked if my room can be changed so that the view of the river can be enjoyed. She did help me to change the room. A very pretty girl.

Not bad, the hotel is near Tianyi Square, only a few minutes walk. This time I checked in, the front desk upgraded me to a deluxe river view king room for free. The room was very nice. Looking out the window was the confluence of Yuyao River and Yong River. The old Bund in the distance was also vaguely visible. The night view was even more beautiful with lights at night. The room was very large, 55 square meters, very spacious! The front desk service was also enthusiastic. Except for the limited variety of breakfast, everything else was good. This hotel is worth recommending!

This is the second time I stayed in this hotel. Although the room is near the elevator, it is not noisy at all. It is suitable for people like me who have poor sleep quality. The space is relatively large, the hygiene is good, and every staff is very enthusiastic and thoughtful. The air conditioning is really too strong. It is still very hot even if the temperature is lowered. I have to turn it off before going to bed every night, otherwise it is really too hot to sleep. The baby was so hot that he had a nosebleed. There are not many types of breakfast, but it is enough. There are not many things, but they are replenished in time. I prefer to eat freshly baked wontons. It is very convenient to eat around. Asia is opposite to the downstairs, and there are many restaurants in it. A little way to the left is the City God Temple, and across the road to the right is Tianyi Square, where there are many places to eat. The transportation is extremely convenient, it is easy to call a taxi, and the subway station is also nearby. Next time I come to Ningbo, I will still choose to stay here.

Best hotel ever so far! Good services, very helpful staffs, doing beyond asked. Especially for the receptionist with short hair. Helped me to carry the luggage even though I didn’t asked, wait outside in the very hot weather with me.

I passed through Ningbo on a business trip and chose to stay here. Very nice. The front desk staff was very attentive, polite, and reserved a room according to my housing requirements👍🏻 The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, with a great view and very quiet. The breakfast is rich and the ingredients are fresh. The location of the hotel is also very good and travel is very convenient. Five-star rating⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

One of the best hotels in Ningbo. Confidently located near the subway. Staff is very friendly and offered exceptional service.

This hotel had some wonderful review which actually led me to book it for the first time . This was my third visit to the property. Based on my experience over the three visit which were rather lengthy this hotel’s target market is predominantly local market . If compared to their international franchise 4 star peers the hotel lacks in many areas. 1. They offer a good spread of buffet breakfast but the assortment is mostly focused on locals guests . The selection seldom changes. 2. The bakery products offered were not fresh . Found to be cold and stale 3. Fresh fruits were found to be mixed with stale ones , not sure if they used the ones from the previous days . 4. House keeping was not the best , often found coffee-tea cups not cleaned or replaced . 5. Requested for in room complimentary coffee instead of tea . They sell coffee pouches at lobby, but instead they ask me to go down and ask for coffee at the lobby. 6. The small gym does not have any sanitiser tissue to clean the equipment before use . 7. At the lobby they have a cafe which is also the office for the hotel management staff. In the evening the area is completely mosquito infested , difficult to sit even for 5 minutes . 8. The hotel turned off the Cookson’s system , inside room temperature went up to 29 degree C. After repeated request they did something but that also did not take the temperature below 24 Degrees. 9. The hotel needs serious consideration about training the lobby staffs . A simple way to explain is their face is curved in stone . No emotion! 10. They need to review their safety protocol, they sent my guest directly to the room without even asking . For many my comments may not matter for some it may . I have spent almost 10 days on my last visit so I can’t ignore those . The best part of the stay was Mary ( forgot to ask her position). I think she’s the manager . She is the ideal face of a hotel . She has been the most pleasant and supportive among all the staffs at the hotel.

The hotel is nice and room are spacious. The location is fine too. Breakfast is more Chinese stile oriented but there is a coffee machine and the coffee is fine. The only issue I had are bites all over my feet and legs by insects. I think it is due to the carpet floor both in the rooms and on each floor corridor.

The hotel location is perfect, close to everything, the staff is welcoming, specially Zhou. Perfect hotel, the room was clean and spacious. We had a mold smell in the first room and they changed it immediately. The view is perfect, beautiful area around the hotel. I recommend it
