We stayed in the Mystique stay resort for 3 days. The property is located in between tea plantations and is maintained very neat and clean. The caretakers Prakash and Vellai attended to our needs with good care. Food (both veg & nonveg) can be ordered from their kitchen menu based on availability and tasted good. There is a badminton court, basketball post, trampoline and swing for kids to play. They can set up campfire and karaoke on request, which is free for bigger group bookings.

We were a group of 18 people ***** with kids stayed for one night , they arranged barbecue on request which was very well organised . Nxt morning they arranged for a trekking ***** the tea gardens where the views wer beautiful, also spotted bisons right outside the villa. Rooms wer spacious with king size beds which are very neatly maintained. Very clean bathrooms . Good breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff. Best place to stay if you going with friends and family and also if you want to escape to a peaceful place. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

The ground floor rooms are poorly designed- means it has corridors all over the periphery and hence it is used by visitors, staff etc. The passage to the reception, to the kitchen, to the garden is all through the corridors. Entry to the rooms is through the inner corridor. scenic beauty cannot be viewed because of the traffic and hence the curtains needs to be in place always. This was brought to the notice of the Manager , who in turned argued that curtains are in place and so on. They do not understand the meaning of privacy(not being disturbed) vs clandestine/concealment. The purpose of going to a hill station is to enjoy serenity, nature, and feel relaxed by watching greenery from the room too. Also it is hotter as compared to kotagiri as it is in deep valley and altitude is far lesser as compared to kotagiri.
