Really liked our stay at the property. Specially our mountain view family room was spacious, and the view was enchanting covering the valley beneath us, with lush green tea beds and tree sheds covering those, ***** with a beautiful lake view. Above all, the staff was very prompt and courteous. Even the food quality was good. Really liked the hospitality of mr mani and his whole team!

Expensive, maintained garden, good view from resort; average living and dining experience. Staff polite but not trained. Pantry timings are unbelievably not tourist friendly.

The road to the resort was rough, but the resort was amazing. Settled among tea plantations, it really was a beautiful place. We could see the tea plantations from our room. The room was perfect. The breakfast was delicious. The property was very clean.

Location is 14-15 kms from ooty and that's why it's the best. Absolutely picturesque views. It felt like i walked into a painting. Food was decent. Reasonably priced. Good breakfast spread. Bonfire was created in the evening. Clean rooms, bathrooms. Sufficient parking space. In short, can't complain.

The room stay was comfortable and excellent with a scenic view and natural beauty. The staff are helpful and well received, even helped me to upgrade the room upon reaching the resort which had a greater view than the room i booked initially. We stayed in the queen room for 3 days, food & service was good. Food item options could have been improved for the breakfast. My little kid enjoyed playing indoor games, cycling, evening walks and sightseeing around the resort. The lakeview room is one of the best stays. Go for it. Perfect place for all age groups to have a calm, serene and peaceful stay.

This property is situated 14kms away from ooty. It can both be an advantage or disadvantage. Advantage is that you are away from the madding crowd and gel with nature. Disadvantage is that when you want to visit the tourists spot each day, you have to travel almost 30kms extra. And no restaurants nearby. Have to rely solely on hotel restaurant which is average. I would rate this property as excellent since i need to be away from those busy places and we went in our own car.
