The view was unbelievable and room is super clean.

The price is reasonable and room is neat and nice with an open sea view. The staff's service is professional. The check in and check out procedures are simple and silky smooth. The hotel is located at the seaside. The location is excellent. The transportation is convenient. There are many restaurants close to the hotel and dining is convenient.

Difficult to find the carpark which is a public carpark nearby. Room is a bit dark as it’s facing the side of a building. The hotel basically is sharing the same building as Le Meridian but just occupied the lower 2 floors and mostly on the side of the building. Things are just ok as a whole

The best location, in front of the promenade! In the same building as Le Meridian. Good cleaning everyday. Friendly front desk. Also very easy to reach the airport by bus or tram (1.5 EUR single trip ticket)

The sea view room is great. You can watch the sunrise and sunset from the balcony. There is a row of nice blue chairs downstairs. There are also many restaurants. The toiletries are all from Nuxe. The bedding is comfortable. My mother is very satisfied.

We stayed here for 5 consecutive nights after the Spring Festival. The price-performance ratio was very high. Except for the short clear sky in the first two days, the next three days were sunny. The balcony was very good for watching the sunrise, sunset and sea view. The hotel breakfast was very good. There is a restaurant street about 100 to 200 meters away. There is a Thai restaurant Omura and a long-established pizza restaurant La Pizza Cresci, both of which are good.

The room is average, the decoration is a bit old. I don't know if there is too much disinfectant bleach in the bedding. My right leg itched on the first night, and my friend's whole body itched. We slept in long pajamas and socks in the next two nights, and it didn't itch much. The room faces the sea, the view is very good, and you can see the sunrise. There are not many types of restaurants, and you have to cook or fry your own eggs. Overall it's okay. The service is okay.

The hotel is in a great location, just off the British Avenue, with complete surrounding facilities, convenient restaurants, bars and supermarkets, two Chinese restaurants, and a street of luxury brands. The old town and Castle Hill are within walking distance, the sightseeing bus is right at the door, the bus is also very convenient, the breakfast is also pretty good, it is a good place for short-term travel. The only drawback is that the facilities are a bit old, and the service is okay.

The room was very cold! There were no extra quilts and the phone was broken! I caught a cold after staying there for one night! I couldn't change the room even after asking the front desk!
