Ulasan Wyndham Fallsview Hotel

Lokasi tepat di sebelah hotel, dengan makanan dan hiburan di dekatnya. Dibutuhkan 20 menit berjalan kaki untuk melihat air terjun, dan biaya parkir $ 50. Kamarnya bersih dan rapi, dan meja depannya tidak terlalu kecil pelayanannya juga sangat sopan, dan akan langsung diganti jika minta twin bed. Lumayan worth it.

Location is OK. Parking lot inconvenience. Old facility and environment. And the receptionist not professional.

My room had a terrible view! I was upgraded to a fallsview from a King with Jacuzzi because Jacuzzis are being repaired and i got the noisiest and worse view i have ever gotten staying here. I was very disappointed!!!!!

We have free parking at the ****** so I love the indoor walkway to the hotel. The jacuzzi in the room was good. Often they are not. And my wife loved that there was a Starbucks in the lobby. Clean room.

Beautiful location with amazing view of falls. Staff was amazing .

깔끔하고 위치도 좋은 호텔입니다. 나이아가라 호수는 아주 작게 일부만 보였지만 직접 내려가서 보면 되니 괜찮았어요!

床太差了，吱嘎聲弄的不敢翻身。半夜窗外還有很大的施工吵鬧聲。

Nice and clean hotel. Very convinient with shopping, restaurants and the nice ******. Only downside is they announce the hotel with parking “available”… when you arrive turns out parking is available but not included in price. You have to pay extra for parking and is across the street.

We loved the view from our room, it was clean, spacious and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

We booked our room with at least 2-3 weeks in advance, and on our way there, received a phone call from the hotel saying they didn't have a room available, so they were relocating us down the street. They had booked the entire hotel with incoming refugees, and gave our room away. It was very upsetting. We were sent to a hotel that charged me $150/night for a deposit, on top of the room charge, on top of $35/night off-site parking (3 blocks away) and two different taxes, other odd fees, and a nightly Internet fee. They tried charging me almost $30 for one box of Tylenol sinus medicine. It was utterly ridiculous! Shame on them!

We booked a room with 2 beds months in advance for a concert playing at the ******. When we arrived we were told they did not have a room for us and upgraded us to a local hotel with a fallsview room, complimentary parking and free breakfast buffet. We explained we were already late and this was unacceptable and they said there was nothing we could do. We got to Embassy and they did not yet have our reservation so we had to wait an additional 20 minutes to get registered. Then we found out the parking was off site and required a shuttle. I was uncomfortable with this as I di dnot know where the parking lot was, my vehicle would be several blocks away, etc. but we had no other choice. This added on another 20 minutes or so. We were late to the concert. What was meant to be a fun time started off with a lot of undue stress and frustration. The free breakfast was not used as we had to work and left before it started and we did not receive a fallsview room.

My rate is for embassy suites which we were moved to. It was a nice experince and our hotel view is fallsview which is really breathtaking. We enjoyed our stay there.
