Everything was great. The location is good, beach is in front of the hotel, breakfast is nice. A lot of fruits, great variety of dishes, not just snacks, I really enjoyed every meal I had there. Beds are huge and soft. In short, you can really book that place and expect the great experience. А еще персонал говорит на русском.

This is an extraordinary hotel. The services, including in the restaurants, are top level, while the rooms are beautiful. The location is also very good, just across the street from the beach. Great views from our room balcony. There are only a few glitches. The breakfast is overburderdened; simply too many people at breakfast at once. One idea for the management would be to introduce a small charge for breakfast, which would quickly cut the number of guests breakfasting in the hotel. The other issue is the elevators. Due to breakfast assault and departures, the wait for an elevator may be quite long in the morning.

Location is very nice , in the city center . There is a beautiful 🤩 beach just cross the road. My room was seaview , amenities are good , but remote controls for both tv were not working , room light was not good , no sound proof , 😫 it was terrible , couldn’t sleep due to next building karaoke, sos 🆘 phone which was in the toilet was not working , room service cleaning was not good but no complain. Sunbathing area is good but the hotel employee man who was receiving sunbathing vouchers and settling everything there , he was kind of rude , not nice . Receptionist told us enjoy with free tea afternoon between 3-5pm on the 28 th floor, but we ended up paying. 28th floor restaurant waiter didn’t understand when i ask about free tea , so he misled us , manager apologized and asked us only pay for cake and pizza, but i paid because the waiter was trainee , and he was trying his best. Also tea was supposed to on the 29th floor so the mistake has begun from receptionist. Breakfast was okay .

Amazing facilities and service. Highly recommend getting a room woth a balcony and ocean view!

Nice place. A bit far from all noise streets. Good buffet breakfast. Private beach.

Overall it is very great, staff are very helpful. However, the temperature of sauna and steam room are not hot enough. Hope these would be improve and I hope to stay in this hotel again

This hotel is simply amazing. Great location, wonderful staff, and the amenities nearby are great.

帶家人來玩住了8晚，開了三間房，酒店裝修也是新的、海景視野超爽！服務態度更是挑不出毛病、位置也不錯，避開了市中心的煩鬧還離市中心不遠。就是私人海灘免費3小時時間有點短，再增加點時間就更舒服啦！和曼谷、芭提雅、布吉、三亞比起來性價比是我住過海景房最高的啦！整體評價全部超五顆星！一次很超預期的預訂，第三次來芽莊的時候還住這裏！😄

Нам всё понравилось. Номера чистые, пастель новое чистые. Уборная чистая большая. Все принадлежности были. Персонал отзывчивый. Отдельное спасибо Диме. (Руско говорящий) локация хорошая. Всем советую.

Отель соответствует своим звездам, доброжелательный персонал, очень красивое кафе с видом на море находится на 28 этаже. Бассейн находится на пятом этаже,на шестом фитнес-зал и детская зона дополнительно а также бар с очень вкусными напитками. Уборка была каждый день холодильник за дополнительную плату лежали напитки и сладости.

房間很好，都很好，就是有一個小插曲，説我們丟了一個勺子，賠10萬越南盾，然後説我們的食物吃27萬，但是我們計算了，三個房間的零食最多17萬哈哈哈，我們着急趕飛機，就沒理論了直接給錢走人，但是我肯定勺子沒丟，大家懂？我給攜程反映，攜程很爽快的幫我補貼了這10萬越南盾，酒店給攜程的反饋是我付的8萬？哈哈哈哈哈，其他的都很不錯。樓下就可以換錢。有一説一房間還是很不錯的，我很喜歡
