Ulasan Em Oi Hotel

Mình đã đặt 2 phòng ở đây trong 3 đêm, khách sạn sạch sẽ, thoải mái, phòng đẹp n*** trung tâm đi đâu cũng tiện, gần khách sạn có khá nhiều quán ăn ngon. Lễ tân khách sạn thì siêu dễ thương và nhiệt tình, còn hỗ trợ mình đặt vé và lên lịch trình vui chơi sao hợp lý. Nếu có dịp quay lại Nha Trang mình vẫn sẽ lựa chọn ở đây.

호텔도 깨끗하고 인테리어도 멋있습니다. 직원분들도 친절하셔서 기분이 좋고 편안하게 머물다 갑니다. 다음에 오게되면 또 방문할 예정입니다.

Ks sạch, giá cả rất tốt. Nhân viên vui vẻ nhiệt tình. Gần đó rất nhiều quán ăn và cafe đẹp. Ra biển cũng rất gần.

객실은 깨끗하게 관리되고 있으며, 새 건물이지만 위치가 중심이 아니어서 가격이 굉장히 저렴하다 다음에는 무조건 여기에 묵을예정이다.

房間乾淨很好

Nice clean hotel. Comfy beds. The pool bar area is deserted and no longer a bar so it is very empty. No air conditioning in lobby which is uncomfortable for guests and staff. No breakfast included, and the 'discount' they provide is for a soup in the owner's shop around the road. This is a waste of time!

Em Oi offers very comfortable rooms with a variety of sizes to fit your desires; good location with easy walking to beach and markets; a fabulous kitchen with amazing breakfasts; and very helpful, thoughtful staff. We stayed here three nights, and I highly recommend this newer hotel for all travelers to Nha Yrang.

It has been a very delightful stay. In fact, my first impression was not good because when I approached to check-in counter, the reception was not fully aware of my packages. The staffs were discussed each other and finally assisted me the check-in. The assigned room was not my booking request so the room had been changed 2 times. During these happening, I can see the staffs' sincere effort to accomodate my needs fully. The room (finally) was up to our satisfaction. Space was just right and city & ocean view was grest. Pool was small but it did not a big matter. The hotel is a bit far from major street so very quiet. We had a gooooood time and we will certainly come back. Thank you Mr. Duy, Ms Emma and another gentlemen did not have a bsme tag on the shirts making our stay memorable.

The bed and pillows were comfy, and the room modern and clean. Air conditioning was good. The walk to the beach was not too bad. The staff were very helpful and friendly. N'a pas aimé · The bar on the 5th floor seems abandoned, but maybe this is to do with the season not being high season, but there was no atmosphere here, and the sun is gone at the pool by 12:30 every day due tot he shadow of the building itself. Outside of the rooms, there was no air conditioning turned on in the hotel, so the corridors and especially the entrance lobby/reception were very hot and humid which was a bit unusual for Vietnam and uncomfortable at times. This surely isn't ideal for the staff to be working in either. Finally, the booking says that the hotel provides 149,000 VND to be used int he hotel, but on arrival, the manager explained that this is actually credit to buy soup and noodles for one person in some café close by. We didn't bother with this, as we were two people, and thought it could be a small credit to use in the hotel bar/shop, but it wasn't - This is quite pointless, and the credit would be much more useful if it was to be used within the hotel to buy drinks etc (which is how it was described).

Super friendly staff and very nice rooms made for a delightful stay. The hotel manager was a gracious and friendly host with an excellent reception staff. Rooms are modern and comfortable. Hotel is conveniently located near the beach and other attractions.

Very modern styled hotel in a slightly gritty part of Nha Trang. Walk down to the very close beach area in 5- 10 minutes. Large breakfast room with expansive buffet providing some Western choices, along with a plethora of local dishes. Small but lovely pool with lounge chairs in a water deck area that provides a sweet respite from heat and city life. Staff is pleasant and helpful.

Stayed here three nights during a small group tour. The hotel is modern and well-located. However, there were some shortcomings. After I stayed in my room until midmorning, I tried to request maid service, but language issues or something made my two requests go unanswered. I had our Vietnamese guide talk to them for the third attempt, and they finally came two+ hours later. I asked them just to clean the bathroom, and they did that poorly. The air-con system is hard to master, and at one point, I called the desk about it, and they said that they had to turn it back on down there, which they did immediately. The walk-in shower floor was so slippery that I asked for a rubber mat, but they didn't have one. The breakfast buffet was extensive. Room was a bit spartan, nothing on the walls. Only a thin comforter on the bed, but that seems common in Vietnam.
