Hotelnya cukup baru, sangat dekat dengan bandara, naik taksi untuk bermain ski di gunung lebih murah daripada menginap di gunung, direkomendasikan.

Amazing front desk trying to help us set up food delivery app although communication was hard and not successful due to mobile number required. We end up go to nearer mall getting our dinner. Super comfy bed and super near to airport.

Hotel is clean and close to the airport which was important for us because we arrived late.

Hotel is in good location to airport which was purpose of our stay. Customer service needs improvement, no one said hello or helped with bags when checking in. Only during checkout the reception was nice when we requested taxi service. Interior is a bit dated but everything is clean and was good enough for the stay. Even though on main street, rooms are quiet.

I had lovely experience, they are very helpful and kind.

The worst experience I have ever had. The air conditioning does not work in this heat. I asked the reception and he told me to open the window. The hotel is far from services and in the corner of Kayseri. Very poor Internet, The service is very bad. I wanted to stay for 3 nights, so I canceled the idea and took a second hotel. I do not recommend it at all..

There was no swimming pool and the gym was a bit badic

Prima hotel voor prijs-kwaliteit. Het enig dat we minder vinden was dat er niet veel direct in de buurt was.

房間很乾凈 比較寬敞 還不錯 👌 開賽利整個城市環境都挺好的 也不堵車 適合慢節奏生活 很不錯 飯菜也挺好吃 樣式挺多

Wie immer habe ich mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber Personal sehr freundlich. Ich muss sagen, ich finde auch die Preise vom Restaurant nicht überteuert . Komme jederzeit gerne wieder
