Great location just one block from beach however superb sea views. Quiet room. Nice sumptuous breakfast. Nice team members. Comfy bed. Overall great and I’ll be returning next year!

the staff at this hotel really make the stay. They are friendly and attentive without being over the top. The house staff were very efficient and did a great job of getting our room cleaned and ready often before we got back from breakfast. The restaurant was great, top floor looking over the beach. It was busy but handled the numbers easily. We extended our stay after the first 4 day booking, it was close to everything we wanted to do and very family friendly.

It was great experience at the Tui Blue hotel. Great location with a nice ocean view. Easy to access to famous sites. Willing to visit again if I have another chance to come Natrang again.

Nice and spacious room with ocean view , fully satisfied of the room ( clean and new ) Buffet breakfast is good but can be improve .Overall 9.5 out of 10.

Spacious, got checkin early free of charge because room was available early. Staff is very nice hay helpfull. Will comeback later. A little walk to beach, free bike in hotel.

When I booked a room with breakfast I thought they are set breakfast but there are buffet with lot of foods, surprise! Very good view on top floor breakfast and super convenience location when you go to beach, also close to night market and Lottemart where many stuffs you can buy. Room is quite big you shouldn’t ignore this hotel.

We stayed at 2 bedrooms apartment, it’s really nice in general. The location is pretty good and easy to get to local shops and restaurants. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Cold station: 1) The juice is not fresh and the machine is not running. 2) There is hair in the food. 3) The fruit clip fell on the ground and your service staff did not replace it with a new one (pick it up and put it back in place) 4) coffee… coffee no hot…
