The room was very small and next the day room was not clean, no towels. toilet flashing was broken, breakfast was ready good and plenty to choose. I don’t no we going back again. They staff was very nice and friendly too.

Stayed here for the first time ever will never make this mistake again usually stay at premier inns . I left my expensive jacket in the wardrobe when I checked out . When I got home I realised this phoned up the hotel I got fobbed off the only person in my room when I left was the house keeper maid and totally denied it . I know I left it there eventually I got a call from the hotel manager who was going to investigate the matter and ring me back this never happened and now I cannot get in touch it’s like they know my number and are not answering.when you stay away from home and live in hotels you need trust and I have no trust in the staff who work there or the management.

Service was fantastic the staff were friendly, helpful and gave us additional things eg. My son wanted an apple and so I went down to see if they had one I could buy and they just let us have some apples.

we were is room 319 which was a long way from reception with 2 changes of level involving staircases. There was a large crack up the wall in the bedroom and the bottom of the shower room door veneer was splitting due probably to condensation in this tiny bathroom
The room was very cold during the night and in the morning at 6.30am the shower water pressure was pathetic both hot and cold. The toilet paper was paper thin so twice as much needed to clean oneself.
