Staff very accomodating and apologetic, but we had multiple issues ranging from unclean room and no soap to key card stopped working and unable to get in our room (took 3 visits to reception). We did get a free breakfast to apologise, which was decent but needs a serious revamp. Unfortunatly I can no longer trust Travelodge for a cheap nights sleep. (Didn't sleep well due to pillows!)

The TravelLodge was clean, no problems checking in, the room had no soap in the dispenser, I informed reception, I was assured they would bring some to the room, none arrived. Had breakfast and 2 dinners during my stay, the breakfast was not great, the bacon overcooked, the dinner menu lacked choice, most of the food is overcooked or undercooked. Very basic TravelLodge, would not stay again

Excellent customer service from Karli, Joan, Heather and Anna. Made us feel very welcome and advised us on where to go in the city. We definitely will return. Thank you to all the team, as they work so hard. Perfect location with plenty of amenities

From arriving to the hotel and leaving staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was spotless and breakfast was defo worth the extra.

Yet another stay for work purposes the staff make this my hotel of choice yes it hasn't been upgraded yet but it's my choice due to the proper Geordie welcome staff give you many thanks to Dan and demi for again looking after me at the bar and Babs in the morning at breakfast

As a regular stayer at the hotel I must say how friendly and attentive all the staff are too my needs being registered blind the staff are always there to help me when I come back to the hotel. Special thanks this time to Demi who booked my taxis for the following days journey home.
