Really lovely stay. The staff were really welcoming and informative. The room was lovely, even the sofa bed was comfortable. I would recommend and stay again. Extras I didn't expect like tea and coffee facilities in lobby, shop and a new years social event really added to the welcoming feel. Thank you!

Staff all brilliant Hotel clean and comfy

We loved the view of quayside, the spacious room and kitchenette, and especially the low key den and coffee area downstairs

Well situated hotel. Everything we needed was in easy walking distance. Very friendly, helpful and flexible staff. Good breakfast. Wine and cheese evenings are a very good idea. Friends visited us and they were made to feel very welcome. We’ll return.

The hotel was clean and welcoming. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and well equipped with everything you could want. The kitchen was just the right size. We didn't use the kitchen but if we had stayed longer I'm sure we would have made more use of it. The bathroom was large and the shower was awesome. (A weak shower can ruin a stay.) The bed felt quite soft but was oh so comfy. I have trouble sleeping away from home but I had no problems in Newcastle. The room was also quiet. When we get back to Newcastle we will definitely stay here again.
