Service is good and staff are friendly. We were upgraded to a bigger room.

Dinner is yummy and fresh, onsen is good, let you feel relaxed , near the 大埗危船河中心，recommend to all

Breakfast and dinner were a very special Japanese delight. You need to book in, for meals, the day before. As we didn't know this on our first night, they drove us to Lawson's convenience store to buy food as no restaurants in the area were open after 5pm. There was a lot of choice there and the hotel staff heated our food up when we got back. The onsens were lovely. Both an inside and outdoor bath available with lovely skin products available for use.

It was our first time staying at a Ryokan so I can't really compare but everything was great, food, room, and service. The onsen has an open air area where you can hear the roar of the river below and enjoy the beautiful view of the mountains.

Excellenf facilities, from the big western japanese room to the onsen near the river. The room was very comfortable and quiet, its windows opened to a beautiful view of the rivers and the orange bridge. Check-in was a little slow and the breakfast consisted of many small dishes none of which we liked very much (it looked good though). Overall a very comfortable base to ecplore Iya if you have your own car/ motorcycle.

酒店服務很好早餐好多野食放到成張抬都係每人一份，晚餐有人服侍幫你煮又每道菜介紹，酒店房間電器全部大牌子，Dyson吹風筒，空氣清新機，樂聲牌電熱水壼等等……晚上浸温泉位置不算大，臨走時我地揸車走，有人揮我國家國旗歡送我們很貼心

酒店職員非常友善，經常提供幫忙及旅遊意見。 前台放有當日check-in旅客的國旗，感覺很歡迎你。 房間大小入一般日本酒店差不多。 溫泉地方寬敞，有露天區域。

酒店離大步危的觀光船只有一百米，走過去就可以了。我們在酒店泊車後去坐船，回來再check-in。酒店內佈置清雅，一塵不染。晚餐十分精緻，很漂亮。有講中文的員工講解和服務，很好的體驗。最接近大自然的露天風呂，你可以望見下面就是大步危，一邊浸浴一邊看着河水流動。會推薦這間酒店。

服務態度非常好，雖然舊但夠整潔，床枕頭都好舒服。 冇bk dinner 但可以幫手車我地去附近lawson買嘢（夜晚7點前） 非自駕遊記得要預約shuttle bus接送！！！

リフォームされた部屋のようでとても快適にすごせました。スタッフもみなさん丁寧な対応で好感もてました。 宿泊まで色々な質問にメールにて対応してくださり安心して宿泊できました。紅葉な時期にまた訪れたいです。

除了房間空間稍小，其他的旅遊感受都很好，大廳跟餐廳裡都有台灣的工作人員，溝通無礙。離泛舟乘船處很近，並有折扣卷可用。
