Travelodge Newbury Chieveley M4

during a 40-day stay in the hotel, our room was not cleaned even once, not to mention that someone asked us if we needed new towels, sheets, and we bought the toilet paper ourselves! The service is not bad, it is lacking at all, this hotel lacks any kind of management Towels scattered in the corridors, strollers left for days, and in the event of a fire, exiting the corridors would be more than difficult! Generally speaking, if pets were not allowed in the hotel, I would not stay even 5 minutes there for anything in the world!

Negatives..Bathroom not clean. Had to wipe out bath with wet wipes prior to use and remove someone else’s hair from the plug hole!!! Positives..great location for our family nearby and surprisingly quiet considering location.

I enjoyed my stay the rooms were fresh everyday pillows were fluffy very quick checking ins thanks to sanjay definitely has been very helpful him being their told me the places to go for a walk and even a drink highly recommend to anyone as its clean and tidy

Really lovely, clean, comfortable, warm room after a long motorcycle journey from South Devon on a cold and wet day ! I was made to feel VERY welcome by SANJAY...... who met me in the carpark and recommended the best place to park my motorbike. Highly recommended, good value stopover.

Very good for how little we paid … friendly helpful staff … easy check in … adequate room …. Plenty of parking .. and surprisingly little noise from the traffic given on the edge of the service area right by the M4 motorway… good nights rest ready for onward travel

A great team working at this hotel, very friendly and efficient! Good choice we felt, comfortable and clean, easy to locate and park. Bonus, close to Newbury for those wishing to venture out in the car. Walked over to services for Brekkie to stretch our legs before onward journey and of course, back on the motorway in no time. Would definitely stay again.
