Okay for the price on weekdays but too expensive on weekends for what you're getting very dated hotel been here alot always have to check and make sure nothing broken before I bring anything to the room cause usually something is

The room was absolutely filthy. There was flies everywhere, it smelled like there hasn’t been airflow in years and my sheets were marked with spots. On top of that, every hall was had a security officer roaming around, and 3 security guards were placed at the entrance. It definitely made me question the safety of the hotel, as a young female by herself. My hallway had 3 chairs placed outside a room with trash all around it. It was truly a disgusting sight. The wrong desk employee was nice enough to at least cancel my room for tomorrow, but he was not willing to cancel tonight’s room. I was charged $193. I’m attaching a picture of my invoice as well as some impressions.

Used as a Homeless shelter. Very run down, horrible smell. Couches and chairs stained with body fluids. At least there were 3 security people in the lobby. Shower head was moldy. No food available. Just drive farther and stay at a legitimate hotel.

Very disappointed. Checked in at main desk that was surrounded by glass like a gas station in a bad neighborhood. Security guards inside sitting around. Several men hanging around parking lot. One person begged for “singles”. My family did not feel safe. Room was very dated and furniture looked worn out. Bathroom sink didn’t work well and sink handle spun completely around – faucet probably needs replacement. TV had poor channel selection – no cable news channels – cumbersome to select a channel. The pool was closed. No breakfast served. Surprised that first floor was not one flat level – you climbed 3 steps and walked a few steps past a room, then 3 more steps to more rooms, and so on. Won’t be back.

It was a bad experience, they have a shelter on site and it felt unsafe to stay there. It was dirty and there were no amenities. Wifi did not work.

Great stay for last minute convenience, located in great area and great access to local night life. Slept well!

Place is a dump, especially outside. Multiple families definitely live on property. Kids running through hallways constantly. Plenty of hot water and actual shower pressure compared to other hotels. WiFi intermittent. Served it’s purpose, However Would Not recommend !!

This hotel is absolutely horrendous and please never book this hotel ever for any amount of money. Dump of Dumps disgusting garbage ️ if you think about needing a hotel in this area book any other hotel and you will have a better experience it should be shut down immediately.

I booked this hotel meeting college friends for a reunion Very disappointed They advertise a restaurant and bar on site which was not there They advertise a complimentary breakfast which was not there The place felt dangerous with security guards everywhere The room was clean,bed comfortable but smelled like cigarettes Would not recommend

credit card scammers!! beware. I stayed one night at the advertised price on trip.com for $112 . They charged me additional $300.06 after I had checked out . The total charge showed up on my credit statement from trip.com. For a real run down place with 24 hrs security guards and people living there is nothing but a shake down on blue collar workers of this country.

Needs to be closed for much need maintenance and fumigation. The walk to your room is horrible. So HOT and in such disrepair! The railing were missing where handrails should have been, a broken window was taped up with plastic. Molding broken. The second floor smells like a ******** convention is being held - and that was in the Non Smoking room section. (Yet there are many Security Personnel around.) Our room was so hot and steamy and the sheets were damp and musty. All lights, etc. were unplugged? The toilet seat, in our non-smoking room had cigarette burns. The bathroom towel holder rack was broken and glued back together. Friends were in another room with their small children and said their room was terrible.

This place is absolutely disgusting. The pictures are not accurate at all. Over night stay after visit angry orchard. ( Angry orchard was fantastic 10/10 recommend). But this Ramada stay as far away as possible. There is security at every door. Why? The hallways are dark and dingy. The room. Omg. Our two pane window one pane was broken and not recently. Since the dirt was visibly building up. The vanity counter top is lifting from the vanity. The wallpaper is peeling off the walls. Burn holes in the bedding. This is a Ramada by Wyndham I expected so much more . Run don’t walk away from this hotel.

I stayed here from July 14 - July 16, 2023. I experienced every negative thing communicated in other recent reviews of this Ramada - and much more. We had a catastrophic flood event in our hometown of Highland Falls, NY on 7/9/23 which caused many roads for miles around to be impassable - some collapsed totally. Presently, through a very long detour, there is only one road that can get one in or out of our hometown. Our home was subjected to extreme flooding on the property it resides on. On 7/14, our local police chief encouraged those of us who lived in areas that were flooded on 7/9 to evacuate the area due to predicted heavy rainfall predicted for 7/15 - 16. I chose to stay at this Ramada because it allowed us to be in proximity to major highways that could promptly get us to my wife's extremely important medical appointment in Westchester County NY which was scheduled for Monday morning 7/17/23. Our stay began with 100% aggravation because the Ramada desk staff took a photocopy of my credit card number, valid through date, and 3-digit security code!! As a former credit professional, as well as a former retailer, I know this to be totally improper for them to have done. They had already processed my card and got an approval - what more did they need other that my driver's ID? After initial hesitation by the desk clerk to give me the photocopy he made of my credit card information, another person behind the desk provided it to me saying they had done nothing wrong. I completely disagree! My wife and I noted the Guest Service information within the Ramada Welcome binder about the availability of the daily (from 6am - 9am) complimentary continental breakfast served at the Cafe International Restaurant & Lounge located in the hotel. We attempted to take advantage of this guest service on 7/16 at 8 am only to find that the Cafe is no longer in operation. Nor did our room have the coffee/tea maker that is featured as an amenity on the website for this Ramada location! We ended up going to a local Panera where, for a modest breakfast of two bagels with cream cheese, one coffee, and one lemonade, it cost us a total of $17.55 (including $1.09 tax; $3.00 tip). Upon our return to the Ramada after breakfast, I decided to check out its fitness facility. Upon entering the Fitness room, I noted a strong odor of mildew/mold. It seemed likely that this smell came from the water-stained ceiling tiles. This Ramada location has a front desk that is surrounded in very thick glass (bulletproof?). You have to speak to the desk clerks through a small hole within the glass. There are security officers located throughout this facility. I was told by one of the security officers that they were there because of a large number of "asylum seekers" that were shipped here from NYC a couple of months ago. Other than this one security guard, none of the others that I greeted with a smile and a hello had the decency to reply in any manner at all. I am 65 years old.

Filthy room, my husband and I booked a room because of a severe winter snowstorm. The room was filthy. The curtains were very visibly soiled. cigarette burns in cover. Floor dirty, furniture falling apart. Musty nauseating odors in the room. There were some shady looking characters hanging around. Sticky substance on TV remote. I do not recommend this hotel. On the plus side we were safe from the storm.
