Hotel di New York City Center, New York

The room is relatively large, very clean, good location, close to the central station, convenient for travel, complete facilities, 1.8-meter large bed, two sofas and coffee table. The chandelier in the living area is very distinctive, but the bedside tables and carpets are a bit old. The bathroom It's clean, but when taking a shower, the shower curtain can't block the water and the bathroom will be covered with water. The bathroom has shower gel, shampoo and a small bar of soap. Bring your own slippers, toothpaste and toothbrush. There is a hair dryer in the room. The guy at the front desk was very friendly and could store our luggage. He also asked us if we wanted to use the bathroom. Overall it's worth recommending.

This hotel has nice rooms, friendly staff and an excellent location. Unfortunately they are currently renovating the hotel so the lobby, restaurant, bar and sauna are unavailable. As a guest, you must enter through a side entrance and must take 2 separate elevators to reach the room. When booking, no mention was made of the renovation, which meant that the stay did not meet expectations. We paid for a 5 star experience but didn't get it.

Location was superb, next to the main subway station. The concierge staff was very friendly. They need to check that you're a guest before you can walk in to the hotel - this is probably because their lift does not enable guest only access to each floor - you do not need a card to go up to any floor. They charge a $39.99 destination fee and give you a $15 market value to buy food everyday.. (500ml water for $7.5, plain bagel for $5, ham and cheese bagel for $18...) They charge $4/bag for baggage storage after you check out.. Other than these 'small' charges, everything else is good.

As an IHG member, I am glad I picked this intercon hotel to stay in for our NY vacation and my Carnegie Hall performance debut trip. This hotel is in central location and all staffs, from doormen, concierge, frontdesk and cleaners-- all were excellent! We'll use this hotel again if we come back to NY.

The location is ok, but there’s no subway stations nearby, so you need to go to Central Terminal Station as the closes place to take it. Or walk, which is in general OK, unless it’s raining, 😁. The room is fantastic, but the general conditions of the hotel let you know that it’s an old one. Also, I was charged extra in the hotel, what I was not made aware of. They give you back part of it as a “credit” to spend in THEIR cafe, which is OK, but I rather spend the money somewhere else, specially because I booked the room without breakfast because I don’t eat too much in the morning and, therefore, it’s a waste of money to pay for it at hotels in a city like NY.

A hotel with a higher CP value in New York, but although the room is small, it is basically enough for one person. The minor drawbacks are that the air conditioner is quite noisy and the toilet is often used by others and there is water everywhere.

Hotels on the island are very expensive in December, so I chose a hotel that was booked a long time ago. The girl at the front desk was Chinese and very friendly. She also gave us a free breakfast. The room is compact. There are many small restaurants near the hotel. It is about a 10-minute walk from the subway, but it is generally very convenient.

I’ve been returning to this immaculate Hampton inn location again and again over the years and it seems to both maintain its original look and feel while still being fresh, modern, and easily accessible , a short block from Grand Central. Very close to the central train station hub, which means it is an excellent middle location for any tourist attraction. If you have a limited budget for accommodation, this is definitely the first choice. The room is not big, but it has everything you need. The front desk can also meet good Chinese service. The bar on the left side of the hotel lobby can provide hot water, breakfast and free coffee, and there are service staff to clean every day. The safe in the room can lock valuables inside. We were lucky enough to get a free upgrade for us. The service is really amazing and very friendly. If I have the opportunity to come to New York again, this is the first choice.

Our best hotel in NYC - very satisfied with the people who work here and also the service.. I would like to stay here again and in other countries I always liked Westin but the recognition of the brand image has been better!! I give 6 stars out of 5!
