離地鐵站很近，周邊有餐館、超市、小廣場，還可走到河邊。屬於公寓式酒店，房間有廚房設施也比較齊全，連住幾天不會有人打掃，適合有入住經驗的人住，知悉熟悉入住流程後感覺也不錯。缺點是如果住在靠地鐵一側房間，輕軌上的火車有些吵。
