I am not sure how it got 8.7 rating. I booked 4 rooms and we all got put in the basement with a small windows at street level. I have never stayed at a hotel where the window are this small you cannot fit in the event of a fire and is at street level. Breakfast was very good with many options and the personnel attentive. Front desk non existence. The rooms were comfortable but at least in my case a little rundown and the bathroom had stain that had not been cleaned

Perfect place to spend one night before cruising out of the Brooklyn terminal. No frills, but served the purpose. Breakfast in the morning was a plus.

This hotel is exactly what we needed. Clean, quiet, and a good breakfast buffet. A good place to stay if you're visiting Broomall Brooklyn Brooklyn.

This is a great little hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is kind. The linens could use some TLC - towels with mascara on them. That being said, I’d stay there again. Love Red Hook!

No restaurant dining in hotel, limited space to sit outside your small room, entrance/lobby limited and VERY noisy. Complimentary breakfast area very hot / humid. Only plus VERY close proximity to port for cruise departure

Great stay! The staff were amazing. Easy check in. The rooms and property were very clean. Beds were comfortable. And breakfast was included. Not great breakfast, but something for everyone. No complaints,
