Ulasan Holiday Inn New York City - Times Square, an IHG Hotel

Kamar hotel sangat rata-rata, tidak ada pelayanan, ring di luar hotel Lingkungan sangat berantakan, pasti tidak direkomendasikan

Pertama kali saya pergi ke New York, saya pikir akan nyaman untuk tinggal di dekat Times Square, tetapi ternyata tempat ini tidak cocok untuk bermalam. Di luar kamar sangat bising, jalanan kotor, dan ada tunawisma berkeliaran di malam dan dini hari. Ada lampu sorot NYPD besar yang langsung menyinari hotel di pintu masuk hotel, membuat disini terasa tidak aman😅. Selain itu, isolasi suara kamar kurang bagus. Sebenarnya ada pintu yang menghubungkan saya ke kamar sebelah😱

Hotel budget dengan lokasi strategis, tinggal nunggu lift turun lebih dari 20 menit.

Check-in lama, saya harus gugup ketika mereka mengatakan bahwa reservasi berbayar saya tidak. Hanya ada satu lift untuk seluruh hotel, butuh waktu lama untuk menunggunya

Lokasi yang baik. Fasilitas yang cukup baik untuk harga. Hanya berharap mereka menyediakan lebih banyak handuk.

Ukuran kamarnya relatif kecil, tapi lokasinya bagus. pusat Manhattan.

Location of the hotel was good. We did not like elevator to going up and going down.

AC is whole night noisy, very uncomfortable, move out next day morning to change my hotel. Good location near to time square and a lot of other attractions.

Best location 5 mins to time square and 15 mins to Bryant park by walking and nearby train and bus station But the room quite small

Too expensive price. But convenient location. Too small room for couple.

The Holiday Inn did not return my deposit, despite indicating they would. Suggest that tourists ensure the refund goes through before leaving the premises

Very good location, two lifts made waiting time pretty long during rush-hour.

Excellent location quite near to Time Square. The room was not big but spacious enough to put a small luggage and still be able to walk around. The bed is large and very comfortable, had the best sleep during this sleep which helped me recover from the jet. Two negatives: 1. The sink drain is not installed properly, which doesn’t allow the water to drain away fast enough causing buildup. Quite disgusting when you are shaving, washing etc. when the dirty water doesn’t go down fast enough. 2. This one is not necessarily something Holiday Inn can control, but there is consistently some homeless ppl, ppl that look like they are on ***** outside the hotel. Also the sidewalk isn’t particularly clean. Now I wasn’t particularly bothered by #2, but could totally see ppl coming to NYC for the first time being turned off, or feel unsafe and choose not to stay here. Something for the hotel to think about.

Nice hotel, safe, clean, good room service. Friendly employees and great location
