The front desk manager called Layla was rude and unprofessional and impatien!
Very Bad experience with this hotel and with that lady.
Will not consider it next time.

Location is very nice if you are planning to layover at a JFK airport hotel, however the bus to airport are always late so be aware of your flight time!

The parking was valet and mandatory. At least the valet was nice. The concierge was weird and did not seem to understand my questions. This was the same for all the people behind the counter. Water in the sink was brown from time to time. Overall, it was okay for a 1 night stay.

The room has recently undergone renovation, resulting in a remarkably clean space that has surpassed our expectations, even in comparison to previous reviews.
While the hotel itself is still undergoing renovations, it's important to note that noise may be experienced during the daytime. However, to accommodate our transportation needs, the hotel shuttle service is available, albeit without a fixed schedule. As a result, we opted to use an Uber service to ensure we caught our flight on time.

Generally a very good hotel, but a little on the older side of things. There's a shuttle back and forth from JFK, but I almost missed it as I wasn't given the exact time. They take a deposit that costs more than the stay without telling you in advance, and after an entire week, I still haven't received it back. Room is ok, quite clean. It's nota. bad option if what you're looking for is a place to sleep close to the airport.

It was a nightmare experience, never trust this hotel with your credit card. location wise it was closer to JFK airport and nearby attraction can be access through bus just infront of hotel. Shuttle bus is the best thing about this hotel; runs between JFK and hotel almost every 30 minutes. Recommended for short stay but be careful with your credits cards. One more thing; it is really hard to communicate with hotel through phone or email.

The hotel is in the process of renovations so the lobby, elevators and areas of the hotel were a mess but we stayed in a room that had already been renovated and it was really nice! Clean, comfortable and new. My only complaint was that I booked this hotel because they offered shuttle service to the airport and said they drop off right at your terminal. When it came time to use the shuttle the driver said he was “too busy” to drop off at the terminal and he would be dropping off at the Air Train. We ended up calling an Uber.

Still trying to get my money back from this lack of a stay. Staff couldn’t even check us in so we spent $500 to stay at the at the TWA hotel after freezing in the parking lot waiting for an Uber. Hotel looked rough and under full construction as well.
