Ulasan InterContinental New York Barclay Hotel, an IHG Hotel

for an expensive hotel i would have thought the service would have been far better - Wifi was rubbish in the room and could not use it even on my phone. spoke to the desk and made to feel like an ***** with the questions given about why it wasnt working. Also put in a room opposite the ice machine and so kept being woken up in the middle of the night but other guests getting ice. There will no doubt be better hotels at this price point to stay in.

The hotel was very well located but the rooms are somewhat small.

As an IHG member, I am glad I picked this intercon hotel to stay in for our NY vacation and my Carnegie Hall performance debut trip. This hotel is in central location and all staffs, from doormen, concierge, frontdesk and cleaners-- all were excellent! We'll use this hotel again if we come back to NY.

There was Leftover cake from last customer in the minibar. The calls will never be answered. Over crowded in the lobby and no stuff.

The moment you enter the hotel you feel like a king , the whole team is professional and kind . I enjoy every moment from my staying there and I would definitely recommend it to my friends . As well the price was not so expensive. The bar at the lobby is great and they have amazing cocktails .

good hotel good service wish they didnt charge for the package fee

The room is clean and comfortable, However, the hotel charges us the additional fee called “resort fee” by 45 US$ per day. Although, it can be as the credit up to 30 US$ for daily expense in hotel. It is kind of tricky.

The location is very good, you can walk to almost anywhere you want to go. Get up in the morning and find a coffee shop, visit a museum, and enjoy the rare slow life
