SSaltlifeforme_The room was clean. It looked like it had been remodeled recently. They had usb plugs on each nightstand and automatic black out blinds which was nice. The staff was friendly. The room didn’t have a working phone which I did inform the desk at checkout.

AAnonymous UserGood place to book for a hotel to and from the ******. But I would not personally book again. Asked for two extra towels, only accommodated one, the king size room doesn’t feel like one due to the layout and bathroom is incredibly small that you could barely shut the door comfortably.

GGuest UserI actually loved this place it was clean and service was awesome I did lose my vape(80$) / I left it on the table cuz I told my daughter to grab it and she forgot so when I called they ain’t know where it was so don’t leave nothing smh but overall I would stay again

AAnonymous UserFirst checking in, the gentleman was very friendly and kind. After getting settled in the room it was nice. However, you could hear everything going on in the hallway. Upon asking for more towels there were no bath towels left due to being short staffed. Additionally the cleaning staff were exceptionally loud in the morning and had woken me up.

GGuest UserIt took 3 rooms to get it right. My granddaughter wanted a bagel for breakfast and they said there was no à la cart. I had to buy a full breakfast for $14 so I was very upset that we could not by one bagel so I went to the front desk and the lady let her have a bagel so I think they need to fix that. Then there is supposed to be bar there there was no bar. They shouldn’t advertise a bar and when you get there, there isn’t one. Just make sure you check out your hotel first before going.

DDavid MossyMy buddy and I stayed for a week. We wanted to go fishing offshore, and the location is great for access to a number of different boat launches. There's no room service, but they do have a take out window at the restaurant. The food is acceptable, and is best for breakfast. The rooms are very clean, the microwave, and fridge worked fine, but they turn down the fridge to it's lowest setting (warm), they also remove the control knob so you can't make it any cooler. Without calling the front desk. You're in a high tourist area, with lots of restaurants, and fast food. I would stay there again, because I like the Eggs Benedict. Lastly, be careful who you book your room thru, so you don't have problems with third party bookings. Be sure to confirm your room after booking or paying for your room in advance of your stay! Located directly across from Mystic Village! Good luck on your vacation!

SSaltlifeforme_The outside of the building was in disrepair. Definitely needed work. The lobby was clean. The room was okay. It was clean but the bathroom was very dated. The toilet seat needed replacing. It looked like it was melted in spots and it was peeling. The bathroom sink and counter were dated and there was nowhere to put your shampoo/ body wash in the shower. They had a free breakfast between 7-11. Got there at 10am and there was like nothing left. Wasn’t happy about that so we ate somewhere else. They stated the pool was open 9am-9pm but when we passed by at 11am it was locked up with a bike lock.

DDavid MossyGreat location for boating/fishing. Just minutes from Barn island boat launch. The road to the launch is narrow, but, it's handicap accessible! Our room was clean, and everything worked fine. There isn't a restaurant at the hotel, but, there's plenty of good restaurants nearby. The hotel is somewhat outdated, but,as mentioned clean room , soft beds, with access to the nearby boat launch that gives you access to Fisher's island, Watch Hill, Block island, etc. We're getting ready to book a week there soon ! The owner is pleasant and very accommodating . If you're standards are not too high, I recommend that you try it out! They have the best rates in the area too!
