I stayed there for 1 night and it wasn’t 5 stars because the room is very old and very bad pool ,so poor breakfast, I called to room service and requested plates and spoons but after anyone took these he told it will be sharge !!!

Everything was good including service, facilities, and all, especially considering the price—the best cost-effective five-star experience. The arrangement of furniture in the room is very good, giving you a cozy feeling. Staffs are very kind and are well-mannered. However, there are some mild fragrance issues all over the place including in the room. I'd say it's a general Indian scent usually not found in other franchise 5-star hotels. The fragrance in the lobby, elevators, and corridors needs improvement. The breakfast buffet is exceptionally good considering the price, with a high understanding of different cuisines around the globe. Room service foods are also high quality.

Hotel is very old. Lobby is very nice but rooms need major upgrading. Booked 2 rooms. Staffs are nice. Ut they just are not ysed to smiling at guests. But request were fulfilled even if not immediate.

Had a wonderful stay at the hotel. It is clean, a short walk from Janpath metro station and the staff are friendly. It is also conveniently close to some key attractions. As an added benefit there is a travel consultant in the hotel who is really friendly and helpful.

Excellent hotel in the heart of the city and easy to get around. The hotel's hardware is first-rate, the rooms are large; the breakfast is also very good, it is hard to find in an Indian hotel; the service of the hotel is first-rate!

Room was beautiful and very spacious. Bathrooms are clean. Unfortunately the pool was under renovation so we didn't get to experience it. Gym is small but gets the job done. Breakfast is very very delicious, and there is a cute bookstore and souvenir shop inside the hotel. Location was convenient for what we needed. Guest services was a bit spottier: we called down a few times for laundry with no response, and we had two problems with our laundry bill. Overall, not quite as professional as the other staff we encountered. We would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely fantastic—everything you could need is within walking distance, making it perfect for exploring the area. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that every part of my visit was smooth and enjoyable. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, providing a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was a highlight, with a wide selection of options that catered to different tastes. While the decor could use a bit of a refresh, it didn’t detract from the overall experience. All in all, a very good stay, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend this hotel to others.

The Hans looked central and a but classical online. I chose it for its location. Staff was pretty forthcoming, they let me check in early but the room they gave me wasn't the one I booked (it was smaller). After checking I was changed to a bigger one, the one I originally booked. In general the hotel is old, woodwork is worn, walls had ***y suitcases banged into them, towels washed too ***y times. Also windows need a deep clean. Delhi is a harsh city to run a hotel. Hotel is fine for a night or what but is in need of some TLC

I think I ate enough biryani to feed an entire wedding party! I mean, I was so full, I considered rolling out of the dining room like a giant samosa. Bring your elastic-waist pants because you’ll need them, trust me! And those beds! I lay down and entered a sleep coma that lasted a whole month. When I finally woke up, I felt like a bear who had just come out of hibernation—hairy, grumpy, and wondering where all the food went! I was so well-rested that I thought I could run a marathon or at least walk to the fridge without feeling tired! So, if you’re looking for a place where beauty meets deliciousness and where beds are softer than a paratha fresh off the tawa, the Lalit Hotel is the place to be! Just remember to come with an empty stomach and a sense of humor, so you can laugh off those extra kilos you’ll definitely gain. Trust me, you’ll leave with a bag full of memories and maybe a few extra pounds, but who cares?
