The rooms were not cleaned, there was mud on the bed, air conditioner cooling was pathetic, no hot water, food was terrible. Very bad experience

1. Central AC not functional on permanent basis. Each room has a low powered AC. 2. No fans in the room. 3. Rooms not ventilated. 4. Bathrooms become very hot and humid due to absence of central AC.

Everything is ok. It is in the outskirts and alone feeling the atmosphere. As less customer, breakfast buffet is not in operation. Moreover room service is good. No saving kit is available and no market is nearby available.

My husband and I stayed here for one night before our flight back to the UK on Thursday (4th) morning. We thought it would be convenient to stay near the airport although it did end up being a 30 min drive either way due to Delhi traffic.
We found the staff were incredibly rude, unwelcoming and lacked hospitality - sadly, this appeared to be more so from senior staff, who came across as confrontational and abrupt in all interactions.
Furthermore, the room was a good size but sadly the toilet and bedding were unclean. We requested a fan for the bedroom due to the AC being too strong, but staff said the hotel did not have a single one (which we found hard to believe!)
I would only recommend this hotel if the above doesn’t deter you away!

Extraordinarily poor front desk. Amazingly for an airport hotel there is NO shuttle!
No beer but dinner was OK and served by a pleasant waiter
With plenty of choice locally I certainly made a poor one with this hotel

The property was good. Room was spacious. We were in room no 1119 where the tv was not working. Either it should be rectified or not to be given with this issue. Rest all good. Breakfast varieties to be there. The lady who took our checkin in the reception was helpful and polite
