there is nothing to say about this hotel. this property is just like a slum house. no mineral water, no tea maker only stains in all over room and bed. humid smail. terrible hotel

Worst hotel., Bed sheet wore dirty, tored and Ac was not functioning,Nothing fab about this hotel.we checked out after half an hour and they didn’t refunded as welll. Bathroom lock was broken. Horrible hotel Please don't stay guys. Horrible

Poor management and poor facilities. No hot water, dirty bed sheets and no cleanliness. Overall not at all satisfied with the service. Clearly not justified with its rating.

My stay at this hotel was a complete nightmare. First and foremost, the staff's attitude was consistently disrespectful and unhelpful. To add to the misery, there was no hot water in the shower at all, and during one shower, the water flow abruptly stopped for several frustrating minutes. On top of these inconveniences, our room had a persistent leak from the shower, and the bathroom ceiling was covered in mold, which was not only unsightly but also potentially hazardous to our health. To make matters worse, we were never provided with a room key for the entire duration of our stay. This forced us to rely on a staff member to grant us access each time we returned to our room, which was highly inconvenient and frustrating. Despite these numerous issues, the hotel staff displayed an astonishing lack of concern. They not only refused to compensate us for the terrible experience but also rudely dismissed our complaints. This hotel stay was an absolute disaster, and I would strongly advise anyone to avoid it at all costs. मेरा इस होटल में रहना एक पूरी बुराई का सपना बन गया था। सबसे पहली बात तो, कर्मचारियों का व्यवहार सब समय अवमानजनक और असहयोगी था। परेशानी के रूप में, शावर से गरम पानी बिल्कुल नहीं था, और एक शावर के दौरान, पानी की बहुत अचानक बंद हो गया था, जिससे कुछ परेशान करने वाले मिनट हमारे लिए बहुत ही असहमति जनक थे। इन परेशानियों को और बढ़ाने के लिए, हमारे कमरे में शावर से एक स्थायी लीक थी, और बाथरूम की छत पर स्पोर्न था, जो सिर्फ बेहद अदृश्य नहीं था, बल्कि हमारे स्वास्थ्य के लिए संवेदनशील भी था। इसके ऊपर, हमें हमारे पूरे रहने के लिए कभी भी कमरे की चाबी नहीं दी गई थी। इससे हमें हर बार अपने कमरे में प्रवेश करने के लिए कर्मचारी की सहायता की आवश्यकता होती थी, जो काफी असुविधाजनक और परेशान कर देने वाला था। इन कई समस्याओं के बावजूद, होटल के कर्मचारियों ने आश्चर्यजनक बेफिक्रता दिखाया। उन्होंने हमारे लिए इस खराब अनुभव के लिए मुआवजा देने से इनकार किया ही नहीं, बल्कि हमारी शिकायतों को भी असहमति से खारिज कर दिया। यह होटल रुकने का सबसे बुरा अनुभव था, और मैं सख्ती से सलाह दूंगा कि कोई भी इसे हर हाल में टाले।
