Ulasan Renaissance Cairo Mirage City Hotel

All was very good except that a mouse ran across my feet when we were about to have dinner at the garden restaurant!

Very pleasant hotel, it was amazing in everything except you need a car as it is quite far from public transportation

Good place. Not so good at reception for checkin.

After 13 hours in a plane without hotel reservation it was the first that come over to my trip, I just try it and I don’t regret even one single cent that it cost! Staff extra friendly, always attentive to the kids, just imagine that you flight 13 hours with two kids and then the manager of the hotel give you a free buffet breakfast! Yeah that’s what Mohamed Khattab did!the whole hotel extra clean, the room as they show in the pictures confortable, the pool was amazing…. In general this is a hotel that I’ll recommend to anyone that wants to have a really relaxing family time!

Giving lower rate for the location is just because of the road construction happening there. Otherwise i enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

Everything is good , my fligh is late at nigh i ask for late check out , but they refuse i ask to pay for that but they refuse , so i make booking for 1 day but i just use the room for 4hours and half Then meet friend there he ask for late check out same of my request but they accept with him , but with us no So dont like this thing spefial have women and baby

Nice hotel and clean

我想説住了這麼多年的酒店，這是我第一個想寫差評的酒店！ 1，入住當天酒店在維修，大堂亂糟糟，壓根兒不像2000多一晚的水準。 2，房間根本不像圖片介紹上的樣子，裏面一股發黴的味道！ 3，連續住了6，7天，其中有兩天竟然連毛巾，浴巾都不放，應該是服務人員忘了！ 4，Room Service的速度需要等1個小時! 5，有一天我們的房間因為廁所漏水，直接給淹了，幸運沒有造成什麼損失，酒店打電話真誠的道歉，也衹是態度真誠！整體服務太差勁了！ 6，房間隔音效果差，晚上睡覺樓上的腳步聲不停！ 7,房間的桌子上竟然不配抽紙！餐廳桌上也不配，每次吃完東西需要餐巾紙還得需要向服務員要！簡直不理解了！ 8，空調的風口竟然是對着人吹，調大調小都是對着床的位置，到了晚上還有異響！我也是佩服自己半夜起開來回的開關空調竟然住了6天！ 9，唯一就是户外泳池很漂亮但是晚上7點後就停止使用了. 總之與價格太不相符了！埃及的消費水平並不高，這個價格在全世界住酒店也不是這個感受！希望重新評定星級，不要誤導消費者！

房間總體算乾淨，裝修不算老舊，泳池還算挺乾淨（相隔不久會重新注入新水）可以按要求安排面向泳池的房間，比較光亮和舒服。自助早餐總類多，出品不錯，煎蛋的攤位，員工態度友好、不會出現不耐煩的情況（很捨得下芝士和料）。員工英語溝通能力可以，住酒店可以安排免費接送機服務。當地人很喜歡在酒店辦派對和婚禮，可見名聲不錯。缺點：房間水壓不夠，衹有一個拿不下來的蓬頭。廁所沖水水壓不夠，要沖3-4次才能沖乾淨，按鍵有點失靈。房間通風系統好點或者有淡淡的香薰會更棒。

這是我第一次去埃及，之前對埃及的期望值並不高。但是這家酒店可以説太讚了，無論是房間，設施，服務，餐品等等幾乎無可挑剔。絕對值得推薦。酒店還提供免費的機場接送服務！贊幾個👍

酒店在埃及來説整體處於中游水平，短期出差比較推薦。如果是旅遊，喜歡拍照，帶的行李比較多，兩個人一起入住的話會有點擁擠。有拖鞋和洗漱用品。大堂有一家中餐館，味道聊勝於無，服務不錯，自己帶酒要收開瓶費，一瓶400埃磅左右，我們還價到400兩瓶。不能刷銀聯，衹能刷visa或者master，入住時用的銀聯和visa雙卡，選擇了visa，短訊通知已經扣款但是酒店收不到，最後讓朋友付了現金，這個很麻煩。

有中餐廳。在新開羅，很安全。
