Ulasan Renaissance Cairo Mirage City Hotel

Location is good, good security control, service staff are friendly. Airport shuttle was provided, though I was the only guest when I arrived. I wanted to compliment the driver who picked me up, Ahmed, who was very welcoming and introduced Egypt’s buildings and street on our way to hotel. :) I visited in January, stayed for 2 nights and the weather was cool, my hotel room oversees the outdoor pool. I realized the shower gel and shampoo at the bath tub were empty, and was not topped up during the 2 days. Fortunately there’s backup at the shower area. The housekeeping could be improved. Other than that, my stay was quite present.

Wael and Abdo made trip amazing. Concierge team 10/10. Hugely let down by Ahmed GM of front of house who was incredibly rude when asked about Marriott bonvoy benefits on laundry and spa. Started shouting and even swore at me in Arabic to his collegague. He thought I didn’t understand Arabic but I understand both Arabic and Russian. All good though his behaviour will be reported to further boards in the Marriott Group. Kind Regards Adam

All was very good except that a mouse ran across my feet when we were about to have dinner at the garden restaurant!

Very pleasant hotel, it was amazing in everything except you need a car as it is quite far from public transportation

Good place. Not so good at reception for checkin.

After 13 hours in a plane without hotel reservation it was the first that come over to my trip, I just try it and I don’t regret even one single cent that it cost! Staff extra friendly, always attentive to the kids, just imagine that you flight 13 hours with two kids and then the manager of the hotel give you a free buffet breakfast! Yeah that’s what Mohamed Khattab did!the whole hotel extra clean, the room as they show in the pictures confortable, the pool was amazing…. In general this is a hotel that I’ll recommend to anyone that wants to have a really relaxing family time!

Good hotel

Giving lower rate for the location is just because of the road construction happening there. Otherwise i enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

Everything is good , my fligh is late at nigh i ask for late check out , but they refuse i ask to pay for that but they refuse , so i make booking for 1 day but i just use the room for 4hours and half Then meet friend there he ask for late check out same of my request but they accept with him , but with us no So dont like this thing spefial have women and baby

The surrounding is not so good.

1、酒店有免費的接送機服務，分兩種，一種是包車一種是接駁巴士，但實際上接駁巴士也相當於包車，我們一家三口來回都沒有拼別人； 2、酒店內外是兩個世界，酒店裡能感覺到很安全，所有行程都是在酒店裡報名的tour，雖然有一點點自費項目（金字塔騎駱駝，10刀/人），但個人覺得很值得，另外，導遊會問你要小費，可以不用給，如果當時抹不開面子，回到酒店後跟預訂的人説即可，會退回； 3、酒店早餐很棒，非常豐富，爸媽也都吃得慣，早餐算是每天最豐盛的一頓了； 4、酒店內有一家開羅很有名的中餐廳，就在前台的旁邊，15-24點營業，味道還不錯； 5、酒店有泳池和健身房，方便大家保持身材。

本次旅行第三次入住這家酒店，提示三點吧：一是三次入住都換了房間，他們一開始給的無論朝向還是空調設施都不會讓人滿意，空調不制熱就找他們，能調好，一定不要怕麻煩；二是三樓是大堂所在，房間層高比其他樓層高了近一米，六層雖是行政樓層也不高；三是行政酒廊很實在，完全可以當晚飯，可以包含在內。另外，泳池是加熱的，可以遊。房間有熱水壺，瓶裝水無限供應。

位於新開羅別墅區，酒店裡面有想要的一切，出去設什麼也沒有，所以就在酒店裡麪享受就好了，聖誕還有裝飾。
