What a pleasant surprise! This hotel has been recently renovated. Our room was very large, clean, and comfortable, and inexpensive. Access was right on the freeway in a great location near shopping and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our stay was very relaxing!!

We only book non-smoking rooms. The room assigned to us had a very strong odor of smoke. We returned to the front desk and they apologized and gave us another room that was perfect. We appreciated the customer service.

Clean room. Convenient (to New Braunfels). Clerk was friendly and courteous. Room was quiet. Bed was comfortable. Nice bathroom.

I never got my deposit back and they took out an extra 50$ on top of the deposit so I’m down 100$ that I haven’t seen back and they never cleaned our room the whole stay

Upon entering, the hotel had a nice smell & was immediately greeted & helped. Once we got to the 2nd floor it smelled humid, like a mildew smell & the room was a little stronger. The beds were comfortable but had small square pillows. The next day we woke up dead bugs in the shower & a bug crawling in the restroom. Breakfast was not great…watered down milk & juices. It was not your typical breakfask other than the Texas shaped waffles, but don’t expect eggs, bacon/sausage, potatoes or anything warm at all, but they did have microwaveable sausage biscuits.
