Sporthotel Neustift

The best spa and hotel I've ever stayed in. Highly recommend it to ANYONE who wants to relax and enjoy the views. There are so many sauna rooms, hiking trails, and ski lifts nearby, and the staff is incredibly polite and accommodating. This is the nicest hotel located right in the middle of the village at the base of the gletcher.

A wonderful hotel, in Tyrolean style, beautifully decorated, with very welcoming people and focused on the customer's needs, clean and spacious rooms and a Spa with everything you need. As a recommendation, the water in the pools seemed a bit colder than we would have needed after a whole day of skiing (both indoor and outdoor pools), and access to the Spa without clothes should not be be a mandatory condition (however, I noticed that it is not fully respected :)). However, we felt very well and the food was delicious!

Had a super week with a mixed generation group varying between age 6 and 70’s. The accommodation was excellent with very friendly and helpful staff. Food was top notch, with a good variety each evening. The hotel has shuttle buses to the glacier which were very efficient. Pool and spa area were superb. Highly recommend this beautiful and family run hotel. Thank you!

Rudi Pfurtscheller, his family, our waiter Kostas and the whole team made our stay at this hotel phenomenal. From the delicately prepared meals, the convenient location, the variety of wellness facilities to the impeccable and friendly service, this hotel offers everything that we needed to relax and recharge our batteries. The hotel was in the vicinity of all sights, had plenty of parking spots and had an e-car charging station. Our room was spacious and clean with a wonderful view over Neustift. Rudi also gave us a guided tour of the hotel's wine cellar that also included a wine tasting. My partner agreed that the whole experience felt like being royalty for a week and that felt good! We were sad to leave, but we are already looking to book another week at this hotel soon. A highly recommended hotel for all of you travellers out there!

Excellent hotel de haut niveau acceuil chaleureux excellente cuisinne. grand buffet de petit déjeuner et de salade le soir. soupe et pâtisseries à 15.00. Spa avec banc à bulle avev vue sur les montagnes. grottes d eau chaude, massages, local de chaussures de ski avec chauffage des souliers, navette gratuite de l hotel jusqu au départ des télécabines du glacier Stubai. hotel bien centré. place de parc en abondance Wifi gratuit dans tout l hotel. le soir repas de 4 plats et 2x par semaine dîner dégustations de 6 plats. (vendredi et dimanche) 3x par semaine pianiste au bar. personnel aux petits soins et chaleureux très serviable. lical à skis et à souliers de ski chauffés. navette de l hotel grtuite jusqu au départ des telecabines. Nous étions dans cet hotel il y a 35 ans déja. toujours très recommendable cependant à noter prix assez élevé !

Zacznę od plusów: fantastyczne jedzenie i wspaniały personel. W ładnej dolinie z dużą przestrzenią. W centrum małej miejscowości i nie przy samej drodze przez co w nocy było cicho i dobrze się spało. Wygodny materac do spania i ładna łazienka. Piękny widok na Elfer. Lubiłam tam jeździć mało ludzi i dobre warunki ( trasy czerwone jedna bardzo stroma ta na samej górze ale widok piękny). Minusy słaby bardzo internet. Miejsca w restauracji przydzielone na towarzystwo i miejsce nie masz wpływu. Dwa dni było ok ale w poniedziałek zjechało się dużo rodzin z dziećmi i ten hałas, płacz, bieganie dzieci nie pozwalało siedzieć sobie i rozmawiać ponieważ nad talerzem prawie płaczę dziecko w wózku ze stolika obok. Dużo hałasu robiła duża ilość dzieci. Grały nawet w piłkę na korytarzu przed pokojami. Osób bez dzieci było dużo więc szkoda, że nie ma takiej strefy bo możliwości są (3 sale restauracyjne). To nie przemyślane w ogóle to usadzanie gości do 1 i tego samego stolika. Nie lubię jak mi ktoś coś każe kiedy za to płacę. To nie prywatna wizyta u znajomych tylko hotel. Pokój w recepcji dopłaciliśmy do standardowego pokoju na niby lepszy 300 euro na 6 dni . Cały pobyt 6 dni i 5 dniowe skipasy to 3200 euro za 2 dorosłe osoby a pokój w załączniku (ten niby lepszy). W cenie śniadania bardzo dobre, zupa i ciasto po nartach oraz wspaniałą kolacja wieczorem . Hotel 4,5 gwiazdki ale wg mojej oceny to 3 gwiazdki. W pokoju brak ekspresu czy czajnika, kawy herbaty a woda z kranu pewnie dobra skoro z kranu w łazience ale dziękuje. A do niej kieliszki do wina. Nie lubię tak. Sufity wszędzie niskie jakieś 2:10/2:20 m więc czułam się trochę przytłoczona. Hotel na zdjęciach jest podkręcony w rzeczywistości potrzeba zdecydowanie odświeżenia . W spa przy saunach trochę nie świeżo też. Basen fajny tylko te krzyki nie da się poleżeć po pływaniu i trzeba wyczekać by dzieci nie skakały i krzyczały . Uważam, że za drogo na jakość jaką otrzymaliśmy oprócz tego pysznego jedzenia to jedno z najlepszych w tego typu ofercie HB +. A w załączniku ten lepszy pokój za dopłatą.

Super Urlaub im Sporthotel! Leckeres Essen jeden Tag abwechslung, super Weinkarte, Saubere Zimmer, und bequeme Betten. Schöner Wellnesbereich mit alle Varianten Shuttlebus zum Gletscher ist super, kein Auto Ein- und Ausladen und Hochfahren am Morgen und Abend. Super freundliches Personal. Gerne wieder

Großartig- toller Service, sehr leckeres Essen und ein perfektes Skigebiet am Stubaier Gletscher . Sehr schöner Wellnessbereich. Auch bei Änderungswünschen, ist das Personal im Restaurant sehr entspannt geblieben und gern auf persönliche Wünsche eingegangen. Der Skibus- Shuttle zum Gletscher klappt reibungslos. Man sollte allerdings täglich reservieren.

Séjour très agréable en famille dans cet hôtel familial et accueillant dans lequel on se sent comme à la maison . L’établissement est au calme à proximité directe de promenades et des remontées de ski . Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipées avec une bonne literie . Tout est impeccable. Le personnel est aux petits soins et prêt à vous apporter son aide avec le sourire . La cuisine est bonne et notre serveur Zied qui parle français s’est parfaitement occupé de répondre à tous nos souhaits avec élégance et sourire . Si on doit juste faire un tout petit reproche c’est la température de la piscine et du jaccuzzi trop froids a notre goût après une longue journée passée à la montagne . Dommage que la piscine la plus agréable et bien chauffée soit naturiste . Sinon tout est parfait .
