"Wow!!! This would have to be the cleanest motel we have ever stayed in. The owners were lovely as were their staff The unit we had, had a queen bed and single bed. Lovely linen supplied, great wee kitchen. Awesome pool which had towels supplied and a great bbq area. The laundry was super clean with a washing machine and dryer and a washing line outside. Great parking. We have booked our next visit you cannot go wrong staying here Great location with supermarket across the road and 2 blocks from the main shopping st of nelson"

"We booked a 2 room cabin, the place was quiet that was nice but the place wasn't clean a dirty oven try left in the oven! Plates with crumbs on them! The bathroom fan didn't work so the cabin was super super damp, no soaps or shampoo dispensers were all empty! The bathroom and toilet door didn't close properly or quietly. The main bedroom must have a leak somewhere it rained on the last day and the carpet in the morning was super wet along the window. Couches were uncomfortable feels like it pushes you head forward and the TV had no Internet connection to watch Netflix like advertised. The place is very run down and needs a really really good clean! The accommodation was close to town and quiet. I wouldn't recommend this place spend an extra $100 and stay somewhere else"

"Nice welcome friendly and helpful when enquiring about things, not happy with wifi constantly fading and their answer was “ tried to get it fixed but ? “ on website they offer airport drop offs but don’t due to complaints from the local cabbies so why still advertise this !!! And finally when dropping off key on checkout didn’t ask how our stay was or anything so not happy with the service."

"We were travelling around NZ with our 18 yo son. The two bedroom Crow's Nest was the perfect spot in Nelson. Great location, beautiful views and great size for relaxing and making yourself at home. Beds very comfy, everything clean, great shower. Communication was perfect. We would definitely return!"

"Great service, they went out of their way to answer our questions, including providing bus routes and a ride to the regional bus when we left. Room was very clean and replenished with coffee etc daily. Good location, not in the downtown but bus to downtown area close by. Highly recommend!"
