I was there on a family trip jan 2024 ...The manager of the hotel Raju ji is a gem of a person .....such a welcoming fellow. .....Staff including mithun and babu lal were so cordial and service was absolutely amazing. ....will visit again soon

Our stay at Exotica Square was wonderful. Staff were well trained and were quick to address any issues. The property is beautiful and scenic. Food quality was awesome. It was worth staying at this place. Would love to visit again.

Neat and clean rooms, good service staff. Sunsets and sunrise are a pleasure to witness. Just one small hitch that the wifi is available only at the reception. But it felt amazing to disconnect and be at one with nature again. Would recommend 10/10.

It's location is very good, walking distance around 1min from Lakshmanpur2 Beach. Very nice, spacious,comfortable room with good quality toiletries. I would recommend to stay here for a night just as many times as one want to visit Laxmanpur Beach. But food is costly, not at all good. Manager Raju was very shrewd.
