Hotel Posidonion

L’hôtel est bien placé proche du centre ville et le petit déjeuner est très complet, tout était propre. En revanche la qualité de la literie était tres moyenne (petit matelas à ressort), il n’y a jamais eu d’eau chaud (ce qui n’a pas semblé étonner ni être un problème pour la personne à la réception) et étrangement il manquait 20 cm en bas du rideau de douche ce qui le rendait relativement inutile et inondait toute la salle de bain à chaque utilisation de la douce

We had our last evening out here and was not disappointed. The gentleman reserved a table for us as needed to Pop in shop first. Another great position next to the beach with sea view. Service friendly and superb. We all had typical Greek food and it was amazing. Thanks guys.

This is our second visit to a traditional hotel it is my favourite place to have breakfast … looking forward to our next visit

Poor service at receiption and poor housekeeping. Not a friendly atmosphere! Would try to avoid! Besides good location, there is nothing positive to say about the hotel.

Choose any other hotel on this gorgeous island over this one. The owners/administrators are not nice, the hotel is run down, rooms have any number of broken items (bed, AC, no warm running water etc.). And the included breakfast is even sad. The view and location are lovely as are the room terraces, but everything else is a big no. Book elsewhere!

The Hotel has a wonderful position but the rooms and the service is really poor. The guy at the reception, not sure if he’s the owner, is really odd. We asked for a additional pillow ah he says that was not possible. The room has very old furniture and the breakfast is very sad, apart from the wonderful position in front of the sea. And all of this so much expensive! I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, we were so much disappointed.

Unfortunately we are very disappointed. There was no hot water. When we complainedabout it the answer was that they have to turniton. No water pressure and whenwe complained about it the answer was that there is too people on the island. Very poor wifi. Very Unfopoor breakfast. Personnel rude. Cocoroaches. In fact the photo is about the third we have seen.

If i can rate this 0 i would. Avoid staying her at all cost. The view from the room is amazing but it’s not worth your sanity. Not professional at all. Very rude customer service and something is wrong with the owner. I had an issue with my ferry that was not my fault and i was still charged for 2 full nights and only stayed 1 night. LASTLY, we told the hotel 5 times we would leave for our ferry at 5pm. They confirmed they would take us and we waited from 455 to 515. Called many times and knocked on the reception NO ONE was there. We had to walk to the port with all of our luggage and they never showed up. I have been visiting koufonissi for 7 years and there are MANY better places to stay than this one. MUST AVOID

Posidonion Hotel was our second accomodation in our 9 day trip across Greece. After taking our ferry, we were greeted with what I believe to be the owner of the hotel, who helped us with out luggage,provided us with ferry shuttle, and gave us all the supplies we need and even provided amazing help for our future destinations. We also ended up with an amazing seaside view of the beach and an amazing sunset to go alongside with it. I wil say, the breakfast could have been a bit more appetizing, but you do get what you pay for. In general, there are not many Hotels around Koufonisi. But for the price that we paid, we were very impressed. Some people say the staff are mean but we didn't experience this. I suggest trying your best to communicate and if its during busy season, being open minded that there is alot on their plate. Highly recommend staying here, you won't regret it.
