The hotel was fairly clean. It is a new hotel. No one was at the front desk when I arrived. Also, parking is $30 & there is not much on the hotel level. There is a parking garage that you can use. However, you do have to walk to the elevator or out of the garage up a ramp. Also, there were no options for grab & go breakfast the morning I was there. Breakfast is served until 930, but they were out of coffee before 9 & there was no one to ask about making any more. This hotel also does not have coffee or tea throughout the day like many other hotels do.

Nice clean hotel with great breakfast but I didn't like that you have to pay 30$ a night to park there and you have to because there is no other place to park.

Their AC broke down and they tried to make my multi-day stay reimbursement at different hotel as inconvenient as possible. Not only, they actively asked me to pack and lug my staff back and forth on a busy business trip without ensuring their AC would be fixed before I come back in the evening. They made the process so vague and convoluted, I had to call them 2-3 times everyday just to make sure they were reimbursing the other hotel for my stay. It was such a horrible and stressful stay with them .

Nice hotel, great employees. Free breakfast was impressive. Only down side is the lighting in the bathrooms & no blackout curtains. Would stay again.

I loved the hotel, it as very clean and the beds were comfortable! The breakfast was good. There was a $30 parking fee we weren't expecting. I had used my points for the stay so maybe I overlooked it. Didn't really understand the need for this fee. It will factor in to whether I stay there again.

Chose this hotel based on location. The check in staff was very nice. Room was clean. Breakfast was one of the best. Check out was quick.

New hotel with quiet, clean room. Everything worked perfectly. Will definitely stay here again. The only downside is the lack of reasonably priced on-site afternoon/evening food service. There's no food offered at the bar and the $13 charge for a $3 frozen microwave dinner at the on-site market is beyond unreasonable. Prepare ahead and bring your own.
